🌿✨ An exciting new chapter is unfolding! ✨🌿

For years, many of you have known me through Balance Therapy & Coaching, where I've had the privilege of walking alongside individuals on their journeys toward healing, growth, and restoration.

Today, I'm excited to introduce two extensions of that mission: Rooted Balance and Rooted Wellness.

🌳 Rooted Balance will serve as the foundation for Christ-centered counseling, coaching, books, and resources designed to help individuals cultivate peace, purpose, and whole-person healing.

🌿 Rooted Wellness was created to support the body alongside the mind and spirit through natural supplements, wellness education, and Christian life and health coaching.

These brands were inspired by Psalm 1:3 and a simple belief: when we are deeply rooted in faith, nourished by nature, and intentional in our daily choices, we are better equipped to thrive.

This isn't about adding more to your to-do list. It's about creating a space where healing, wellness, and faith come together in one place.
