Maddie and her team prep our kiddos for things like blood draws so medical care feels less scary and more doable. Two successful draws later, with minimal stress, and she calls making medical care more comfortable for kids one of the best parts of her job.

Meet Sarah, one of our Training Coordinators. 🌱

Sarah lives for the "firsts": the first independent use of a communication skill, the first time a kiddo uses a coping strategy, the first wave goodbye to a parent at drop off. To her, those little moments have always been the biggest wins.

Amber walks alongside our families from intake and well beyond, making sure they feel guided and cared for through every step of the journey. Supporting parents is the win she's proudest of, and it's personal: she set that goal for herself when she started here, and she's living it.
