October 24 is Rottoberfest—the biggest Rottweiler party on earth, right here in Gilbert, Arizona, at the Rockin Rottie Ranch! 🐾🎃

Have you adopted a Rottie from Rotten Rottie Rescue? If they’re well socialized and love being around other dogs, this party was made for them. Bring them back to the ranch for a night celebrating the breed we all love!

Your dog may even get to see old foster parents, favorite volunteers, littermates, or—if they’re lucky—their mom or dad. It’s basically a family reunion, except everyone has four legs, someone will probably steal a taco, and the dress code is “adorably ridiculous.”

We’ll meet at 5:30 p.m. at the Safeway at Elliot and Val Vista and walk to the ranch together as a pack. The walk gives the dogs a chance to burn off some energy and settle in around the other Rotties before the party begins.

At the ranch, grab a drink and enjoy gourmet tacos made on site with Wagyu steak and all the fixings. We’ll have a home-cooked meal for the Rotties, too! Then browse the auction, dance to DJ Natalie’s music, and get ready for a special appearance by the Rockin Rotten Rottie Band. They have a surprise in store for you! 🎸

We’ll also have about five very special live auction items, followed by our Halloween costume contest. One of the prizes is a resort stay in Antigua! 🏝️

And yes… judging by our artwork, apparently the training is for the Rottweiler AND the human. 😂🤣 Poor Rich may need a little training of his own on how to put down a 100-pound Rottie who has decided he is DONE with snakes! 🐍🐾

Living in Arizona means rattlesnake encounters are a very real possibility. This training is designed to teach your dog to recognize and avoid rattlesnakes, which could potentially save your dog’s life.

🚨PLEASE HELP ADA 🙏 SHE NEEDS A FOSTER ASAP! 🚨

📍 Phoenix, AZ, and surrounding areas

Ada’s life is on the line. We need to find her a foster home immediately to save her from euthanasia on October 1.

Today, MCACC contacted us about Ada, an older female Rottweiler who was found as a stray. She has a good temperament, and the shelter was planning to make her available for adoption. Unfortunately, when they spayed her, X-rays revealed significant injuries to her hind legs.

The injuries appear to be old, but Ada is clearly in pain and needs to get out of the shelter as soon as possible.

We want to save Ada and give her the pain-free, loving life she should have always had.

The shelter lists Ada as six years old, but we believe she may be older or has simply had a really sh*tty life.

❤️ WHAT ADA NEEDS

We need to find Ada a foster home so we can get her to our veterinarian, determine the extent of her injuries, and put a treatment plan in place.

If we cannot find a foster, we will not be able to save her. The shelter will euthanize Ada on October 1.

🏡 WHAT WE PROVIDE

Rotten Rottie Rescue covers the cost of all of Ada’s needs, including:

* Veterinary care and treatment
* Food, bedding, and a kennel
* Medications, including pain medication
* Toys and anything else she needs

We are looking for someone who can provide Ada with:

* A loving, secure environment where she can feel safe.
* Transportation to veterinary appointments in Gilbert, Arizona.
* Transportation to our rescue in Gilbert for meet-and-greets with potential adopters.
* Help administering any medications and pain medication she may need.

Rotten Rottie Rescue is based in Gilbert, Arizona, and our veterinarian is also located in Gilbert. We need a foster home close enough for us to help with Ada when needed and for the foster to get her to any appointments she may have.

There is good reason to get up at 5:30am on Wednesday mornings, and that is to get ready for to go meet with so many dog loving professionals in my BNI group! These people have really stepped up this year and are going to make this years auction unforgettable! Logan Henline who owns Picture Perfect Pane has donated an unbelievable gift to our auction. He has donated the following! Recently Logan and I sat down to get to know each other better and I wanted to share a fun fact about him. He is from Idaho, and his family owned the bowling alley that was in the movie Napoleon dynamite! I just think that is kind of neat and wanted to share that with you. Anyway he donating his best service to save the Rotties!
