Here To Guide You Home I have been a nurse for 30 years and have worked in every area of the hospital with a specialty in Emergency Room nursing.
Later I worked as a school nurse in an elementary school setting. I am the mom of a blended family of 5 wonderful people I enjoy having in my life. My husband and I are now finding ourselves full-time caretakers of two Dachshund mix dogs and love to take them camping and hiking as often as we can. I have earned the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation which requires a bit more than the required education for license renewal and use the knowledge gained to work hard for my clients. Each person and house I work to help sell or help someone buy is unique and presents new challenges, I am grateful to say that I learned throughout my years of being a nurse to quickly change as needed and adapt and think critically and overcome. It has served me well and I have not had a single client lose a house once under contract to buy it nor had a house we were selling not sell due to anything transaction-related. As a nurse (and a parent) I learned the importance of listening to meet each patient’s unique needs. As a Realtor, I use that same skill to help create the best buying or selling experience possible for each and every valued client. I am a native of Phoenix. I enjoy being home with my family and know the importance of home and loving the home you are in. As a nurse, I worked hard to keep my patients safe and comfortable and keep them informed about their care. As a Realtor I know there is very much the same need for safety and comfort in one of the biggest purchases you will make, and I will work diligently to keep you informed and navigate you safely through the transaction. I will help guide you home.

But you know when you look at my MLS pictures that all we did was make the house look it's best, not hiding ANYTHING! (even the power lines in the backyard, YES! you CAN see them in MLS) Everyone knows the first look online gives you great information but you have to see a house in person to know if it's your next house. So what are you waiting for? Call me and let's go see some houses!

After selling your home, the final amount you receive depends on the various expenses you may have to pay. These can include your remaining mortgage balance, closing costs, agent commissions, and various fees. The amount of each can vary based on your state as well as what you’ve negotiated with your agent and the buyer.
