Meet James, a sweet Dachshund mix who is looking for a family willing to give him the time, love, patience, and consistency he deserves.

James was adopted over a year ago and his owner has made the decision to find him a new home.

Don’t let his age fool you! James is approximately 10 years old, but he still has plenty of pep in his step. He enjoys going for walks just as much as he loves curling up on the couch beside his people. 🛋️🐶

We originally saved James from Devore Animal Shelter last year, and we were so happy when he found a loving home. Unfortunately, his owner can no longer keep him, and now James needs us and YOU once again.

⏰ She will most likely be ready to head home around 4:00 PM

We are looking for someone who can help transport Juniper to her veterinary appointment in Monterey and bring her safely back to Sunnyvale afterward.

This is a round-trip transport, and having someone step up would mean so much to Juniper and to all of us at Pack Lyfe Rescue. 🐾❤️

BRUCE a.k.a. MAZZI HAS BEEN ADOPTED! 🏡❤️

This handsome boy’s story is one of those beautiful rescue stories where everything just seemed to fall into place. ✨

He was sitting in a high-kill, overcrowded shelter and appeared to have been heavily used for breeding. His medical care was urgent, and he desperately needed a kind, loving place to land.

Mazzi was spotted by one of our foster friends after Sarah - SEAACA shelter volunteer 🐶, a dedicated advocate who helps bring attention to dogs in high-kill, overcrowded shelters in Los Angeles, shared his story. We were able to step up and save him, and the stars truly aligned! ✨

After seeing a vet Mazzi made the journey from Los Angeles to his foster home, where he received the love, care, and time he needed to get healthy and feel safe again. He went through some major surgeries and even had 12 teeth removed.

And then something even more amazing happened… 🥹

His foster family fell in love and ADOPTED HIM! 🏡🐾❤️

Mazzi doesn’t have to move again or wonder where he belongs. He is HOME. His foster family is now his forever family, and they are so excited for this next chapter and all the adventures ahead. ❤️

A HUGE thank you to everyone who helped make this possible from the person who spotted him and advocated for him, to the shelter, transport team, medical team, foster family, and everyone who played a part in getting this boy to where he belongs. ❤️

Our sweet senior boy Shylo has officially found his forever family!

Shylo was saved from the Hayward Animal Shelter on the very same day we rescued Randall. These two sweet seniors were separate cases, but both needed someone to believe in them and give them a chance. Thankfully, a wonderful foster said YES to Shylo.

And now, after everything he’s been through, this handsome senior has his very own family to spend his golden years with! ✨🐶

We couldn’t be happier for you, Shylo! You deserve all the love, comfy beds, yummy treats, and cozy naps your heart desires.

A huge THANK YOU to his foster for opening their heart and home when Shylo needed it most, and to his new family for choosing to give this senior boy the forever home he deserves. ❤️

Meet sweet Rose! ❤️

What initially appeared to be a group of 6–8 dogs turned out to be 10 dogs in total. The shelter in Downey had picked up four of them, and we were able to pull them before they were euthanized. We then worked to trap the other six and get them to safety.

Now Rose is settling into rescue life and showing everyone what a sweet, loving girl she truly is. She has a big heart and an even bigger love for belly rubs! 🥰

We believe Rose is the mama to Gabriel and Benjamin, and after everything she has been through, she is finally getting the chance to experience what it means to feel safe and loved.

Rose is currently in San Bernardino, CA, where she has been living with a wonderful foster family and three other dogs two Chihuahua mixes and a Pug. She is doing great with her new little friends! 🐶❤️
