Rooted Soul Awakening

Sometimes the guidance that comes through for a client returns later, at the exact moment we need it ourselves. As we help others gain perspective, heal and evolve, this work continues to evolve us too. ✨

Has this ever happened to you?

An AMAZING QHHT Retreat, with so many kindred souls 💫 exploring past life regressions, consciousness and the deeper layers of the human experience.

It was an honor to connect with other people doing this work, sharing stories and experiences, comparing perspectives, and having conversations you don’t get to have every day.

Regression work continues to fascinate me because every session is different, every person brings something unique, and there is always more to explore.

I came home grateful for the people I met, the conversations we shared, and even more excited about continuing to bring QHHT into my work at Rooted Soul Awakening. ✨

Excited to be at the body and mind spirit expo this weekend come out and enjoy the magic. Body Mind Spirit Expo Keith's Cacao

Deeper explanation 👉 Energy can be seen/sensed moving through thought, emotion, the body and the patterns we carry.

In a Reiki session, the transfer of energy doesn’t just happen through my hands. It also happens through conversation and thought patterns.

As I’m guided to ask questions, I see the patterns underneath what someone is experiencing on the surface and what they are starting to realize through the exploration of their own truth. A reaction, a belief, a way of moving through life starts to make more sense. The client sees where it comes from, what has been shaping it and what sits underneath the thing they have been trying to change.

That awareness moves energy.

There IS something to be said for reminding yourself to stay present, to think positively, or to reframe a thought, if it can train you to a new baseline or default. When we have deep emotional patterns based on early learning and engrained beliefs, it’s tremendously helpful to understand what you are actually attempting to  counteract.

What is underneath it?
Where is it coming from?
Why do we creating the same response?

Bringing that into awareness creates space for understanding, acceptance and a different relationship with yourself, and as healing.

This message came through during a client’s Reiki session.

I almost always receive messages for clients while I’m working with their energy. Sometimes I see images (clairvoyance), and sometimes I just know (claircognizance). I take notes throughout the session so I can share what came through afterward.

With this client, I was clearing energy she had picked up from other people when I was shown her own energy underneath it all, bright, clear and fully present.

The message was that as she released what wasn’t hers and came back into her own energy, her intuition would become easier to notice.

We’re all intuitive, just distracted.

When you clear the clutter - aka everyone else’s energy and drama - you will feel/hear/sense/know your own intuition loud and clear.

Part of the work I do is helping my clients understand how their intuition shows up for them and encouraging them to have fun with the process.
