We're supporting an industry leader in high voltage electrical services, testing, maintenance, and repair with a Field Service Specialist opportunity that will be servicing the Maryland, Washington DC, and Northern Virginia markets. The position will require individuals to perform services in a variety of environments including data centers, substations, heavy manufacturing facilities, utilities, wastewater treatment plants, refineries, hospitals, etc. Expected overnight travel is around 20% annually to assist on larger nationwide projects from time-to-time or for training at the corporate facility. Position Details:

This contract-to-hire position will provide critical quality leadership to a team of inspectors and must be highly proficient in GD&T inspection, read & interpret blueprints or engineered drawings, ISO procedures, be able to write procedures, have experience and training in lean manufacturing, and be able train new inspectors when needed. This position will require hands-on inspection work about 30-40% of the time and the rest will be reviewing NCR's, writing/editing procedures, documentation, audit readiness and compliance, etc.
