Liska Sims is an accomplished real estate agent with Keller Williams Realty Southwest. I was born in Jasper, TX but was raised in San Diego, CA.
With a career spanning over two decades, Liska first started in the mortgage industry and transitioned into the real estate sector. I returned to Houston, TX in 2001 and have lived in the surrounding Cities for over 20 years. My background consists of 20 years in the real estate and mortgage industry and I bring experience, including Mortgage Banking and Underwriting, Loan Officer, Sales Account Executive, Real Estate Investments, and Property Management to bear when working with my real estate clients. I attended University of Houston- Downtown and majored in Business Management. My skills in Business Management give me a unique insight into how to protect clients and negotiate the best deals on their behalf. I entered the Real Estate world in order to be my own boss, provide better for my family, meet new people, and help people accomplish homeownership and haven't looked back. I'm married and live in Missouri City, TX with my husband, son, mother-in-law, and a dog named Maxx. I spend my free time listening to music, cooking, and traveling.

Work clothes 🤝 weekend clothes
When you’re a Realtor, apparently every day is a work day 😂🏡
Not complaining though… I actually love being on the go.
The deal closed, so you already know I had to hit my little dance. 💃🏽😂
The other side of being a realtor that most people don’t see 😂
Your name is still on the mortgage? 🏡 That payment is still your responsibility.
Protect your credit. 🛡️
Protect your next chapter. ✨
And make a plan before that mortgage becomes a problem.
Because “I moved out” ≠ “I’m off the loan.” 👀
If you’re figuring out what makes the most sense for the home, let’s talk through your options. 🤝

Honestly, my clients make this job so much fun. 😂♥️

No silly questions over here. Just informed homebuyers. 🏡🤍
