When Dave’s client came to him, they weren’t just asking for a house. They wanted a home. Something that felt alive, warm, and genuinely livable from the moment you walked through the front door. They wanted to wake up to natural light flooding through every room, spaces that breathed, and a layout that actually made sense for real everyday life — not just something that looked good in photos.

So that’s exactly what Dave built.

Three stories of thoughtfully designed living space. Three generous bedrooms that feel like proper retreats. Four beautifully finished bathrooms so nobody’s ever waiting in line on a busy morning. A laundry room that’s actually spacious — because let’s be honest, that matters more than people admit. A two-car garage. A backyard for those slow weekend mornings with coffee and nowhere to be. And not one, but two balconies — because when you’ve got a view worth looking at, you want options.

The work doesn’t just stop at the studio. At DAF Group LLC, projects are followed all the way through.

Here, Mr. Forbes — alongside the Project Manager for this new development — did a walk-through and evaluation once the ducts were placed. During the walk-through, a few things needed to be tweaked to fit the aesthetic and create a comfortable living space for the tenant.

Designing the Dream is far more than aesthetics — it’s about designing a space that is both beautiful and truly livable.
