Mox

DFW brought the heat, and we’re not just talking about this Texas heatwave.

Our DFW team came ready to learn, collaborate, create, and bring the Mox vision to life at Masterclass.

From hands-on activities and big-picture conversations to hearing directly from President Felicia Coker and VP Michael Wells, our teams got a closer look at where Mox is headed, what’s driving us forward, and what it means to be part of that vision.

Add in creativity, a little friendly competition, plenty of laughs, and a room full of people who genuinely want to get better, and you have a pretty great day.

The Texas heat was high. The DFW energy was higher.
Here’s to learning, leading, and leveling up together.

There’s nothing quite like getting the Mox team together in one room.

Our San Antonio Masterclass was a day full of learning, collaboration, fresh ideas, and plenty of time to connect with the people behind the work. From team discussions and hands-on activities to a little creative time, it was a chance to step away from the day-to-day and focus on learning from each other.

We also had Bud Reynolds, our Regional Facilities Director, lead an in-person Fire, Life & Safety training, giving the team an opportunity to dive into the details that help keep our residents, teams, and communities safe.

But honestly, some of the best moments happen between the sessions. The conversations, the questions, the ideas shared across different roles, and the chance to spend time with teammates you may not see every day.

That’s what makes Masterclass so special. It’s not just about what we learn. It’s about who we learn with.

San Antonio, thank you for bringing the energy, the ideas, and a whole lot of Mox spirit to the room.

Every great goal begins with a vision.

This summer, our Vision to Reality session became a meaningful part of Mox Masterclass as we brought the experience to all four regions: DFW, Houston, San Antonio, and Austin.

More than a creative exercise, these vision boards gave our teams the opportunity to pause, reflect, and think intentionally about the future they want to build, both personally and professionally. It was a reminder that growth starts long before a goal is achieved.

At Mox, investing in our people means creating space to learn, collaborate, and dream bigger. We’re proud to build a culture where personal growth is celebrated alongside professional development.

Here’s to turning vision into reality.

Happy Birthday to our President, Felicia Coker.

Your passion for Mox and the people behind it is evident in everything you do. Thank you for leading with integrity, investing in your team, and creating a culture where people can grow and succeed. We are grateful for your leadership and hope this year brings you every happiness!

Please join us in wishing Felicia a very happy birthday.

Meet Emilia, our newest lease-up community in Boerne, Texas.

At Mox, we believe home should inspire the way you live, and Emilia does just that. Thoughtfully designed apartment homes, resort-inspired amenities, and the charm of the Texas Hill Country come together to create a community that feels elevated, welcoming, and distinctly Boerne.

Take a look inside, then show Emilia Apartments some love by following their page for community updates, resident moments, and everything happening at our newest community.

Cheers to our Houston Regional Supervisor, Carolina!

Thank you for leading with confidence, bringing calm to every challenge, and reminding us that a little laughter goes a long way.

Your leadership makes a lasting impact, and we’re lucky to have you on Team Mox.

Happy Birthday! We hope your day is as amazing as you are.

We kicked off our Summer Masterclass Series in Houston with two days of intensive training focused on investing in what matters most: our people.

Our teams sharpened their sales skills, strengthened their marketing expertise, deepened their operational knowledge, and created the moments that define The Mox Experience.

Because at Mox, every interaction is an opportunity to create a place people are proud to call home.

A special thank you to Chadwell Supply for hosting us and generously sponsoring breakfast, lunch, and snacks throughout both days.

Your partnership helped make this event a huge success, and we're grateful for your continued support.

Here's to investing in our teams, raising the standard, and staying All In with Mox.
