Several people have asked who makes the food. Some even insinuated that my mom makes the food. Simply put, I do everything. I started because I wanted to make a dish that was made the way I wanted it made. It took me about a year to get the recipes just right, and now I want to share them with you. You can find me every Friday at McElroys Irish Pub starting at 7.
