We started a new series today on how to make Jesus our emotional teacher! Follow the link in our bio for episode 1.

Where did you learn how to handle your emotions? For most of us, the answer is not Jesus. We learned from our families, our culture, our experiences, and sometimes from people who never learned healthy emotional processing themselves. In this series, Jim and Kate look at Jesus in the Garden of Gethsemane. Discover a Savior who felt deeply without being controlled by His emotions, and who shows us that emotional health is not a personality trait, but a work of the Holy Spirit.
