Paw Patrol Rescue is a 501 c3 dedicated to helping abandoned & neglected dogs in Cleveland, TX. We mainly serve as advocates for dogs in the Cleveland Pound.
Paw Patrol Rescue is a Houston-based 501 c3 non-profit organization dedicated to helping dogs that have been abandoned, abused, or neglected in Cleveland, TX. Not only providing medical attention, such as vaccinations, spays and neuters but also a home foster environment while the dog recovers from surgery. We hope this medical care helps to expedite rescue groups into confidently pulling these precious dogs and keeping them out of pound permanently. Our goal is to get them the help they need, find each a rescue group that will have their best interest at heart, and give them the chance at a healthy life full of love. They all deserve to be seen and not forgotten. We are their voice!

Look at Duke from the Cleveland Texas pound!
Duke had to have major surgery and then went to a foster’s house to recover and then to boarding. Paw Patrol got an adoption application on him, and now he lives in West Virginia where he loves to eat watermelon with his siblings. His new mom Elizabeth says he loves it so much he grabs the bowl with his mouth!

He’s affectionate, loves giving kisses, walks well on a leash, and appears to be house trained. ❤️

🚨💔 AUSTIN NEEDS A RESCUE & FOSTER — PLEASE HELP SAVE HIM 💔🚨
Just look at this beautiful boy. 🥺🐾
Austin is only about 1–1.5 years old, a stunning long-haired German Shepherd who somehow ended up alone and injured on a stranger’s porch. He was taken to the Cleveland, TX pound — a small municipal kill shelter that euthanizes for kennel space.
And despite everything Austin may have been through, he is incredibly sweet. ❤️
Austin loves people and happily gives kisses. He walks well on a leash and even appears to be house trained — he refuses to use the bathroom in his kennel and waits patiently until someone takes him outside.
But Austin arrived with a painful wound on his upper front leg. 💔 The veterinarian said it looks like classic road rash, meaning this poor boy may have been hit by a car or even thrown from one.
Thankfully, his X-rays showed NO broken bones. 🙏 He has been prescribed antibiotics, pain medication, and cream for his wound, and we’re hopeful he’ll be feeling much better very soon.
Underneath the dirt, the injury, and everything he has endured is a gorgeous young German Shepherd with his entire life ahead of him. He just needs someone to give him that chance.
