Jackie Chan: The undisputed king of doing his own stunts. While filming Armor of God, a tree branch snapped during a leap, leaving him with a cracked skull and a permanent piece of plastic in his head. He healed up, bounced back, and went on to make decades of classic action films.

Uma Thurman: During the production of Kill Bill, a harrowing car crash on set left her with long-term back and knee injuries. Despite the pain and recovery process, she delivered one of the most famous action performances in cinema history as The Bride.
Leonardo DiCaprio: In Django Unchained, Leo accidentally slammed his hand into a glass cup during a tense scene, severely cutting himself. He never broke character, wiped his real blood across the scene, and finished the take—creating a movie moment people still talk about today.

Viggo Mortensen: When Aragorn angrily kicks a helmet in The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers, that scream of agony isn't just acting—he actually broke two of his toes on the spot. He stayed in the scene, finished the trilogy, and gave us an iconic performance.

As a musical artist I relate hardships to injuries because a lot of us don't recover from them but seeing these actors take a lick and keep on ticking inspires me to power through adversity and come out triumphant.
