What happens when a seismic retrofit reveals decades of hidden concrete deterioration?

At this Fresno self-storage facility, slab conditions were far worse than originally anticipated. Instead of pursuing costly full slab replacement, the project team restored the slab profile using approximately 78 cubic yards of GeoStrong SL and then installed nearly 10,000 square feet of CFRP to complete the seismic upgrade.
