When you sit in judgement of what others are doing, you hinder your own growth. If you see them as anything less/other than self aware, doing inner work, and wanting to make a positive impact, it’s simply a reflection of how you feel inside. When you truly step into or regularly practice standing in your own energy, these will be the people you find yourself surrounded by - people who naturally are self aware (because you did/are doing the inner work and are now more self aware), people doing the inner work (because-again, you’re doing the inner work), people wanting to make a positive impact (because that’s who YOU ARE) It’s all WITHIN you. Keep going. Keep swimming. Never give up on you.
