I am an LPC desiring opportunities to influence and motivate others to become well-rounded individuals that will achieve social and academic success. My teaching, sponsoring, and counseling experience that I have gained over the past 14 years while working teens, and families has afforded me several opportunities that make me a viable candidate. I have gained practical experience in working with students, building positive relationships with school officials, clinicians, and the public and coordinating details of special events, training and developing curriculum, which all serve in building a foundation of modeling a successful program. My positions have taught me the importance of developing and maintaining relationships; valuing and fostering diversity in culture and character; the qualities of paying attention to detail, encouraging creativity, exhibiting leadership, taking initiative, using problem-solving, and applying research skills that cater to the needs of the community.
