Perfect Connection extends our heartfelt gratitude to Harris County Precinct One for years of dedicated support and investment in our mission. Their generous funding has helped us provide inclusive after-school and summer out-of-school-time programs for children on the autism spectrum. Thank you for helping us create meaningful opportunities where every child can learn, grow, and belong.

I had the privilege of visiting Texas and learning more about the incredible work being done to support youth with autism and intellectual and developmental disabilities.

As leaders, some of the most meaningful opportunities come from connecting with organizations that share a commitment to improving lives, strengthening families, and creating pathways for individuals to reach their full potential. Devereux’s dedication to providing specialized care, skill development, and supportive environments for the children they serve is both inspiring and impactful.

I am grateful for the opportunity to connect with leaders who are making a difference every day and helping shape stronger communities through their work.

This visit was a valuable opportunity to learn more about the important services Devereux provides and the impact they continue to make. I look forward to staying tuned to what’s ahead and seeing how their efforts continue to create meaningful opportunities for children and families to thrive.

Too often, individuals on the autism spectrum are underestimated when it comes to higher education, independence, and future success. At Perfect Connection we are committed to changing that narrative.

Through our Transition to Adulthood pillar, we help bridge the gap between high school and adulthood by connecting students to resources, opportunities, and supports that promote long-term success.

Today, we are proud to celebrate one of our students who was accepted into the
University of St. Thomas Pragmatic Program and is now preparing to try out for the track team. We were honored to support his transition by helping provide essential dorm room items as he began this exciting new chapter.

Autistic individuals deserve access, opportunity, and the chance to thrive. Their future is not limited by a diagnosis.

What an honor for Perfect Connection to serve as an exhibitor at the 39th Annual Churches of Christ Ladies Lectureship Retreat Winnie Jewel Wright Health Fair, connecting with over 2,000 women from across the country.
