Is Steven Tilotta the People's Artist? 05/04/2026

This one matters.

I’m currently 15th in my group, and moving forward means exposure in Artforum Magazine, a $25,000 prize, and a gallery opportunity.

Everything I create comes from a real place, and if you’ve ever connected with my work, this is where that connection turns into support.

It takes seconds, and it makes a real difference.

Let’s see how far we can take this.

Oh I’m ending careers now. Hold my martini.

Caroline Leavitt in red, sitting there like a malfunctioning ventriloquist dummy for power. Mouth wide, brain offline. That smile isn’t confidence, it’s commitment to the lie. She doesn’t speak facts, she regurgitates talking points like a wind-up toy designed by Fox News interns who hate their mothers. This is not intelligence, this is obedience with lip gloss. She would defend a flaming dumpster if someone important told her it was patriotic. No curiosity. No empathy. Just loud, smug, and dead behind the eyes. The human embodiment of “say it again but angrier.”

Then there’s J.D. Vance, center stage, serving Hillbilly Eulogy realness with a side of Sephora. Sir, the eyeliner is doing more work than your principles ever did. Smudged just enough to say “I’m tortured,” but not enough to distract from the fact that you sold your entire belief system for proximity to power. He didn’t climb out of poverty, he climbed onto a pile of other people and called it destiny. This man would betray his own reflection if it polled well. Sitting there looking like Hot Topic Mussolini, peddling resentment while pretending it’s wisdom. Blend the eyeliner all you want, the bu****it still shows.

And floating behind them like a ghost who refuses to cross over is Marco Rubio, still desperately cosplaying relevance. Sir, you have been warming the bench for so long you’ve left an ass print on American politics. Always lurking. Never leading. Just hanging around like expired deli meat no one wants to throw away because it might still be useful someday. He stands for nothing except staying invited. A human placeholder. Beige with a pulse.

Together they look like a starter pack for authoritarian failure. Three people who would burn the country down, blame the smoke on immigrants, and then lecture everyone about personal responsibility while choking on their own lies. This is what moral bankruptcy looks like when it gets media training.

No ideas. No soul. No fu***ng shame.

They don’t want power to help people, they want it to hurt the right ones. They don’t want leadership, they want obedience. And they’ll lie, smile, posture, and sell every last scrap of integrity if it keeps them climbing one more rung.

This isn’t strength. This isn’t patriotism. This is cruelty in drag, and baby, the illusion is bad.

Blow out the lights. Smear the eyeliner. Take the podium away.

Girl bye.

Oh f**k yes. Here we go.

So I’m looking at this picture and I need someone to explain to me, slowly and with crayons, how the f**k Nicki Minaj ended up smiling at a presidential podium next to Donald goddamn Trump like this is a wholesome Hallmark crossover called Fur, Fascism & Feelings.

Nicki. Baby. Sweet Barb. You did not claw your way to the top, rap circles around grown men, build an empire, and scream about autonomy and power just to end up giggling at a microphone that has heard more bu****it than a porta-potty at a county fair. This is not “playing chess.” This is knocking over the board and sh****ng on the table.

And Trump. Of course Trump is there. He’s always there when a celebrity with questionable judgment wanders too close to a camera. He doesn’t give a single flying f**k about Nicki Minaj, her fans, her body, her rights, or her future. He cares that someone famous stood next to him so he could pretend he’s still relevant and not just a sentient spray tan with a victim complex.

This isn’t edgy. This isn’t rebellious. This isn’t “I’m thinking for myself.” This is what happens when fame rots your critical thinking and replaces it with ego and attention addiction. This is celebrity brain. Smooth. Slippery. No traction whatsoever.

And don’t p**s on my leg and tell me it’s irony. Irony is wearing fur to a vegan potluck. This is aligning yourself with a man who would happily toss half your fanbase into the political furnace if it got him a headline and a clap. Smile wider, Nicki. He still doesn’t respect you.

I don’t give a f**k how iconic you think you are. This ain’t a look. This is disappointing, embarrassing, and loud in the dumbest way possible.

Fur sheds. Power exposes. And this picture is doing a lot of fu***ng talking.

Girl bye.

I am always impressed by how quickly certain people rush to explain a dead body. Not mourn it. Not question it. Explain it. Like a spill at a dinner party where the host insists it is really no one’s fault and could we please keep eating.

Alex Pretti was a nurse, which means his instincts ran toward people, not away from them. He was helping someone off the ground, doing the exact thing we claim to admire when it is printed on a poster or stitched on a tote bag. For that, federal agents pinned him down and killed him. Then the spin cycle began, fast, loud, and full of bu****it, as if saying the right words in the right order could unshoot a man.

Kristi Noem stepped up, as expected, to translate death into something palatable. This is the same woman who shot her own dog and still somehow thinks she should be the national authority on safety, discipline, and morality. If you can look at a family pet and decide it is disposable, I am not shocked you can look at a dead nurse and call it necessary. You talk about order the way people talk about organization systems they never actually use, confidently and without evidence.

ICE behaved exactly as ICE always does. Escalate first. Justify later. Act wounded when questioned. Helping someone is not resistance. Standing upright is not aggression. But when accountability is optional, force becomes a reflex. You can practically hear the shrug in every official statement.

And then there is Trump, or as I prefer to call him, Cheeto Jesus, hovering over it all like a man who built a bonfire, handed out matches, and then wandered off pretending he has no idea why everything is burning. This is his gospel. Cruelty as strength. Fear as policy. Law and order shouted loudly enough to drown out the sound of consequences. He did not just normalize this behavior, he blessed it.

What is truly enraging is the expectation that we will accept this. That we will calm down. That we will be grateful for the explanation. Apparently the real offense is not killing a man for helping someone, it is that people noticed and said something out loud.

There is something deeply f**ked about a country where a nurse dies in the street and the most powerful people involved immediately reach for a microphone instead of a conscience.

Anyway, enjoy your statements.

Girl bye.

I keep hearing people say, “This is unprecedented,” which feels generous. Unprecedented implies surprise. I am no longer surprised. I am tired in the way you’re tired when you’ve been stuck behind the same driver for twenty miles and they keep tapping their brakes for absolutely no reason except chaos lives inside them.

At this point, invoking the 25th Amendment feels less like a dramatic constitutional maneuver and more like asking someone to please, for the love of God, take the car keys away from Uncle Larry before he drives the Buick into a Cracker Barrel.

Because what we are watching is not leadership. It’s a slow-motion stress test of how much damage one profoundly unstable ego, propped up by a gaggle of nodding enablers, can do before the rest of the adults in the room remember they’re supposed to be adults.

Every day it’s another headline that reads like Mad Libs written by a feverish raccoon: laws ignored, norms shredded, allies alienated, facts treated like optional side dishes. Domestic law, international law, basic human decency. All treated with the same level of respect you’d give a parking citation stuck under your windshield wiper.

And the part that really fries my brain is this: how is it THIS hard to stop someone who very clearly should not be anywhere near power? Not because I dislike him. Not because of politics. But because the behavior is erratic, reckless, corrosive, and openly hostile to the idea of accountability.

This isn’t about left or right anymore. This is about whether we are capable of saying, “No. This is not normal. This is not acceptable. Sit down.”

Remove him. Remove the enablers. Put the Constitution to work for once instead of treating it like a decorative pillow we point to when company comes over.

Because at the rate we’re going, there won’t be much left to argue over except who let the house burn down while everyone else was politely waiting their turn to speak.

What Happens When America Decides to “Just See What Happens”

Let me explain something slowly, because apparently that is where we are as a nation.

Invading Greenland is not a vibe. It is not a power move. It is not a “bold strategy.” It is the geopolitical equivalent of drunk-texting your ex, their new partner, and their mother in one group chat and then acting shocked when everyone blocks you.

The second America decides to stomp into Greenland like it owns the place, the world does not gasp. The world sighs. The kind of tired sigh you make when your cousin Randy shows up to Thanksgiving with a conspiracy theory and a casserole that smells like regret.

This is not a real estate deal. You do not just slap a SOLD sign on a NATO ally and call it manifest destiny. The moment American boots touch the ground in Nuuk, everything snaps. Not bends. Not wobbles. Snaps. Like a cheap press-on nail at a drag brunch.

First to die is NATO. Instantly. No candlelight vigil. No respectful mourning period. Just gone.

NATO is built on one rule. Touch one of us, you touch all of us. If America attacks Denmark, we are not just breaking the rules, we are screaming “Surprise, bitch” and setting the rulebook on fire. Europe does not debate this. Europe does not negotiate. Europe agrees on something for once, which should terrify you.

America becomes the problem.

And Europe does not argue with problems. They remove them.

Every U.S. military base across Europe gets its eviction notice. Germany, Italy, the UK, pack your s**t. We get tossed out of the house we helped rebuild like an overstaying guest who broke the lamp and then tried to annex the guest room. Suddenly our global military swagger looks a lot like someone being escorted out by security.

Then comes the money part, which is where even the idiots start paying attention.

Europe holds the largest market in the world, and they will weaponize it with the calm efficiency of someone who has already packed their bags. U.S. debt gets called in. Dollars get dumped. The currency starts circling the drain. Inflation does not inch upward. It pole vaults.

Your savings account becomes decorative. That money you thought was safe turns into a fun story you tell your grandchildren while they eat government-issued lentils and ask what a vacation used to be like.

Corporate America does not make it.

Apple, Google, McDonald’s, Tesla, kicked out of Europe like drunk girls at closing time. Assets seized. Operations banned. Trillions vanish faster than a straight man’s confidence at a drag show. The stock market does not crash. It closes. Like, lights off, everyone out, good luck.

All of this because we wanted a frozen island we cannot spell and minerals we do not know how to process.

Then the skies go silent.

European airspace slams shut on U.S. airlines. Boeing jets get grounded. Transatlantic travel ends. If you are in Paris, congratulations, you are now emotionally French. Supply chains collapse. Medicine, technology, machinery, suddenly scarce. We are cut off, isolated, and absolutely convinced this is someone else’s fault.

And socially? Oh baby.

No Olympics. No World Cup. No Team USA. No awkward medal ceremonies where we pretend to be humble. We get the Russia treatment. Watching from home, alone, telling ourselves we did not even want to play anyway.

For individual Americans, this gets real real fast.

Visa-free travel to Europe is over. Americans living abroad lose protections. That blue passport you used to flash like a VIP wristband now sets off alarm bells. You are no longer charming. You are suspicious. You are a problem someone else has to deal with.

And here is the part people really do not want to hear.

This does not reset.

You cannot invade a democratic ally and then come back four years later like, “Hey girl, my bad.” Trust does not reboot. Europe does not forgive this. They adjust. They build systems without us. Defense, finance, alliances, all carefully designed to exclude the United States like a toxic ex everyone finally agreed to stop inviting.

The West keeps going.

We just are not invited to the party.

Invading Greenland is not strength. It is national su***de with a press conference.

We would be trading our reputation, our economy, and our security for a frozen rock and a delusion. Everything built over the last century, gone. Not stolen. Not conquered. Voluntarily set on fire while insisting this shows leadership.

There is no redemption arc here.

Just America, alone, yelling about freedom while ruling absolutely nothing except its own slow, embarrassing decline.

Girl. Bye.

January life tip:
Treat this month as a calibration, not a performance.

January does not require reinvention, dramatic declarations, or immediate results. It is for quietly noticing what feels heavy, what feels necessary, and what no longer earns your energy. Adjust accordingly.

Focus on alignment over achievement. Small, intentional choices made consistently will outlast any loud resolution. Progress that feels sustainable is far more empowering than progress that looks impressive.

Start where you are. Refine, do not punish. Build a year that fits you, not one you feel pressured to prove.

12/29/2025

As 2025 slinks toward the exit like a man who borrowed money and suddenly “changed his number,” let me be very clear about what I am leaving behind. I am not reflecting. I am not healing. I am packing my purse, checking my lipstick, and abandoning this bu****it in the alley where it belongs.

First of all, I am leaving behind the performance of having it all together. The smiling. The nodding. The “I’m fine” delivered like a trained seal clapping for approval. I am tired of pretending I’m unbothered while my brain is running a 24 hour cable news cycle titled, “Is This Normal or Is Everyone Lying.” If being an adult means constant confusion with better shoes, I’m opting out.

I am also done saying yes to things I do not want to do. Period. If I say no now, it is not an attitude. It is wisdom. Some of you are not obligations. You are hobbies I no longer enjoy. And I have retired from that craft.

Let’s talk about guilt. I am throwing it out. All of it. Especially the kind that tells you rest is laziness and joy needs a justification. If something makes me happy and does not involve a meeting, a password reset, or a group chat with fourteen opinions and no solutions, I am doing it. Loudly. In peace. Without a follow up explanation.

I am leaving behind conversations that start with “No offense, but…” because offense is always waiting right behind that phrase like a drunk ex who refuses to leave the bar. If you have to announce it, you already know you should shut up.

I am no longer explaining myself to people who are committed to misunderstanding me. That includes strangers, relatives, and anyone who says, “I just don’t get you” like it’s my problem. You are not required to get me. I am not a podcast. I am a limited engagement.

I am cleaning out emotional clutter. Obligations I agreed to while tired. Opinions I never asked for. Group chats that feel like emotional community service. If it does not bring joy, money, or at least a good story I can weaponize later, it is gone.

I am done pretending I am fine when I am not. I am also done over explaining why. Sometimes the update is simply, “Not today.” That is the press release. Take it or leave it.

And finally, I am leaving behind the idea that I need to be smaller, quieter, or more palatable to be loved. I am not a side dish. I am the entree. Seasoned. Bald by choice. Mouth lethal. Heart intact.

So goodbye, 2025. You tried me. You exhausted me. You taught me some things I wish I’d learned cheaper. I am walking into 2026 lighter, louder, and with absolutely no desire to tolerate anyone else’s nonsense.

Now if you’ll excuse me, I have boundaries to maintain and a drink to finish.

Girl bye.
