Pippy's Pals Rescue
Saving Houston’s dogs in need.
We focus our rescue efforts on those in the greatest need who have found themselves at risk of euthanasia through no fault of their own
Her owners may have given up on her but we certainly haven’t!
Macy Gray has been making tremendous strides in foster with Paige Eileen Storz .
She’s people, kid, and small dog friendly.
Macy is getting an ortho surgery in mid October, then rehab, then officially hitting the adoption market. If you want a little poodle in your life, apply to be an approved adopter at www.pippyspals.com/adopt

Our girl Paloma could really use some help getting seen so she can find her forever people!
Paloma is a gorgeous mastiff mix who is 1.5 years old, 70lbs and fabulous in so many ways.
She is a lover of all people - stranger is not in her vocabulary. Men, women, kids, young, old - she loves them all and they all make her nub go a million miles an hour.
Paloma is great with dogs. She has met and played with 20+ dogs with her foster and goes to doggie daycare!
She is an active girl who is looking for a sidekick who will take her on adventures: hiking, biking, swimming. This girl is up for anything!
We are looking for an experienced dog owner who is committed to keeping up Paloma’s training, especially leash work.
Please share Paloma so we can find her forever family! If interested in adopting, head to www.pippyspals.com/adopt
Alice was a mamma herself not so long ago. She came into the shelter with a whole bunch of puppies, still nursing. But she was just a young girl herself at only 3 years old.
After a spay and heartworm injections, it was finally Alice’s turn to be the baby.
She has an unbelievably fabulous family that loves her to pieces. And she loves them fiercely. They take care of each other 💕
Alice, our perfect Brittany spaniel mix, is home. Forever.
Churro was silent in the shelter. Tried to make himself invisible.
Outside of the shelter, he is a hilarious, energetic, sweet little guy. He loves his dog pals, adores his people, and keeps everyone laughing.
Take a chance on a shelter pup - the shy ones, the old ones, the playful ones, the loud ones. Their shelter personality isn’t who they are.
Gah! Queenie is a new gal.
She loves toys, loves to cuddle, does great with cats, and is an easy peasy little girl.
Queenie is a 2 year old, 14lb chiweenie who is officially single and ready to mingle! Apply on our website www.pippyspals.com/adopt
Amelie is doing soo much better!
An extended course of antibiotics has helped to kick this lingering pneumonia to the curb. She still has coughing fits here and there, but that is more likely due to collapsing trachea.
We are so proud of our little grande Fifi! She is a fighter.
This poodle princess will be available for adoption real soon. She’s 11 years young, 9lbs, and a perfect stage 5 clinger.
Rocky is home with the most perfect family! Camping, beach life, hikes, views, and cuddles at home. All of this he enjoys thanks to his finder Nikki Bee and his foster family dejah.htx Autumn Mashue ❤️
Happy forever to this little guy who was once a tick-infested street dog in the Rio Grande Valley!
Just 2 gals that were once given up on. Now living the dream in foster with dog guru Nicole ❤️
Paloma is available for adoption - 1.5 year old, 70lb, staffie/cane Corso mix. Loves people. Great with medium and big dogs with the right intros. Loves an active lifestyle.
Dolly is almost adoption ready! Long GI health journey but we are almost there. Still has quite a bit of weight to gain but we needed to focus on healing her gut first. We are so proud of how far she has come.
Both girls are darling.
The number of homeless dogs in the RGV area is overwhelming. Luckily for this little girl, she had an angel in Nikki Bee and her team of street feeders/finders.
When Nikki showed us her pics, we melted on the spot and got a plan to get her to Houston.
Cricket is 1.5 year old, 15lbs, terrier mix. She is as cute as can be. She’s still learning to be a brave girl in the world.
Good with dogs and cats.
Available for adoption real soon. You can head to www.pippyspals.com/adopt and our team will review apps in a week.
