✨ Building What’s Next
🎥 Come build with me.
18+ Years in Business
09/04/2026
I think I've finally found the words for what I've been trying to figure out for the last few years.
This is my next chapter.😊
For 18 years, I've been learning how to build businesses.
But more importantly, I've been learning how to build a life while building a business.
And honestly?
I had to learn it the hard way.
I became an entrepreneur because I needed to provide for my children. I knew I had a gift, and I believed that gift could make room for me.
But I didn't understand everything that came with entrepreneurship.
I worked hard. Really hard!
And I built successful businesses.
But there was a season where I was exhausted, overwhelmed, unhealthy, and constantly trying to catch up.
I had become the entrepreneur who was working all the time…
and still didn't feel like I had control of my time.
I didn't start learning how to change that until I began looking at my business differently.
I learned that growth wasn't always about getting more customers.
Sometimes it was about creating a better experience for the customers I already had.
Sometimes it was about the little things.
The details.
The relationships.
The things happening behind the scenes that most businesses overlook.
And I started realizing that human psychology is woven into every part of the customer experience.
What makes someone trust you.
What makes them feel seen.
What makes them want to return.
What makes them tell somebody else about you.
Those things matter.
And so does the person building the business.
Because your business can only be as healthy as you are.
I've built three businesses and generated more than $2 million in revenue, but the thing I'm most grateful for isn't the revenue.
It's what those years taught me.
They taught me how to build something successful without sacrificing everything that made the success worth having.
And now I want to help other entrepreneurs do the same.
I help entrepreneurs grow their business without losing themselves.
That's the work I'm stepping into now.💞
And I'm excited because it feels like everything I've experienced has been preparing me for this.
Come and grow with me!

Tag an entrepreneur!💕💕
I know I have a hard time celebrating my wins.. I am always on to the next..
I am working on getting better at this..
What about you?
God has a way of taking me through something, teaching me through it, and then turning around and saying, “Now go teach someone else.”
That’s really the philosophy of my life: reach one, teach one.
I share my story, my wisdom, and what I’ve learned in hopes that someone else can get there faster, build faster, grow faster, and be better equipped to fulfill their purpose.
And I believe that’s where God is leading me in entrepreneurship.
Because so many entrepreneurs are following a vision that God placed inside of them—one that may not make sense to everyone until it comes to fruition.
My heart is to help them build the healthy relationships within their business that create a better experience for the people they serve.
Because everybody needs love.
God is love. And that’s what He’s leading me to teach. 💕

Entrepreneurship taught me how to build, but it took me years to learn that I wasn't only building a business.
I was building a life, too.
When I first became an entrepreneur, I was in survival mode.
I had two children to provide for, my income had changed, and I was scared.
So I built.
I worked harder.
I stayed available.
I said yes.
I made the business successful.
But somewhere along the way, I realized…
I had learned how to build a business.
I hadn't learned how to build a life.
And honestly, I think a lot of entrepreneurs can relate to this.
We can be so good at building the thing that pays the bills that we don't realize we're spending our lives doing it.
I'm still learning.
Learning to prioritize people over productivity.
Learning that wellness is part of success.
Learning that being present is productive, too.
Learning that my business doesn't have to fall apart because I step away from it.
And learning that success isn't just about what I can build.
It's also about who I get to be while I'm building it.
So let's talk about it.
What is one part of your life you're intentionally learning to build alongside your business?
Your family?
Your marriage?
Your health?
Your friendships?
Your faith?
Your peace?
Your time?
Drop it below.
And if you're comfortable, tell us what you're learning about it.
Because I don't want this page to be a place where I just talk at you.
I want it to be a place where entrepreneurs can come in, exhale, be honest, learn from each other, and build together. ❤️
Stay tuned to the next episode as I continue to give you each detail of how God has led me to my next assignment..
I truly believe God has already placed inside of us what He created us to do.
The purpose.
The gifts.
The desires.
Even the things we naturally find ourselves doing without anybody telling us to.
So as I’ve been going back through my story, I’ve been asking God to help me see what He may have already placed inside of me that He’s now calling me to use in this next season.
And when I went back to my original desire to own my own hair salon, something really stood out to me.
I wanted to own a salon for MANY, MANY years.
And I did it.
But when I asked myself, “Why did I want to own a hair salon in the first place?”…
That’s when it clicked.
It wasn’t just the salon I wanted.
It was the EXPERIENCE.
I wanted people to feel something when they walked through the door.
And although owning the salon was an amazing accomplishment, I realized the ownership itself didn’t give me the fulfillment I thought it would.
It was the experience I was creating that I truly loved.
And now I’m realizing just how naturally experiences have always been a part of me.
Because y’all… I’m critical. 😂
I’m super picky about the experiences I have, especially when I’m dealing with a business.
I’m paying attention to how I’m greeted, how I’m treated, whether I feel seen, valued, appreciated, and how the whole experience flows.
And especially with service-based businesses, I naturally pay attention to the people part of the experience.
The crazy thing is, it’s not forced.
It’s something I would naturally do whether anybody paid me to do it or not.
And I think that’s been one of the biggest clues for me.
Sometimes what God has placed inside of us is revealed through the things we naturally lean toward.
The things we’re curious about.
The things we would still do even if nobody paid us to.
So now I’m asking…
Okay, God.
If this is something I naturally notice, naturally care about, and have been doing for years without even realizing the bigger picture…
Where is this taking me?
And THAT is what I’m discovering right now.
Little by little.
Piece by piece.
Come back for the next episode as I share how God revealed
I have this feeling that I’m always rushing.
Rushing through things.
Rushing to get to the next thing.
And honestly, it has taken me a long time to realize that the beauty is in the journey, not always the destination.
So I’m slowing it down.
Slowing down enough to actually experience this journey instead of always trying to get to where I’m going.
And I’ll admit… taking the journey out loud is hard for me.
I do a LOT of things internally, especially when it comes to how I think and process things.
So talking about what I’m going through while I’m actually going through it is new for me.
But God has definitely been telling me to slow down and share the journey of how He led me to what I’m building next.
So… bear with me. ❤️
I filmed this LONG video because I’m still learning how to create short-form content for this platform, and let me tell you… it’s challenging for somebody who LOVES to talk. 😂
But I’ve realized that sometimes when there are too many points being made at once, people don’t really get to receive the message.
And honestly, I don’t either.
So here’s my long, long video… chopped up into little pieces so we can take it one piece at a time and actually digest it.
I’m excited to share this journey with you.
Stay tuned for the next episode.
See you there!💕
