The best advice can be simple, yet often becomes something we carry forward throughout our careers. Maintaining a positive attitude and an open mind can help us navigate challenges, build strong working relationships, and ultimately contribute to successful outcomes for our clients.

Throwback to a milestone worth celebrating! 🎉 Last month, Arion reached 3 million safe work hours without an incident, and we couldn’t let a milestone like that pass without celebrating the people behind it.

To recognize the achievement, we brought the A-Team together for an afternoon of light bites, drinks, and a well-deserved celebration. Our Senior Leadership Team spent time with employees, recognizing the collective effort that helped us reach this milestone.

Three million safe work hours represents more than a number. It reflects the everyday awareness, accountability, and commitment our A-Teamers bring to their work, both in the field and in the office.

We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished together and grateful to everyone who continues to make safety a priority in the way we work.
