Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11 and honor the courage, compassion, and unity that carried communities through unimaginable loss.
With gratitude for those who served, helped, protected, and stood together: and with hope for the kindness we continue to share.
We will never forget.

Age is not a reason to stop working out. The right training approach can help you stay strong, capable, and confident in the movements that matter most.
Strength training cannot guarantee arthritis prevention. However, appropriately dosed progressive exercise may support muscle strength, joint function, and usable range of motion as you age.
✅ Train the movements and ranges you want to keep
✅ Use controlled, repeatable technique
✅ Progress resistance and mobility gradually
✅ Include strength, balance, aerobic activity, and recovery
Remember: “full range” does not mean forcing painful or extreme positions. It means working through the greatest comfortable, controlled, and repeatable range available to you.
Read the full blog to learn how training specificity, time under tension, and individualized programming can support lifelong movement. If pain, swelling, instability, numbness, or stiffness is limiting your activity, seek professional guidance before changing your program.
