We're Hiring: EGG Program Manager

Do you love mentoring others? Are you passionate about helping young adults build successful, independent lives?

HATCH is looking for a full-time EGG Program Manager to stay connected with our graduates for up to two years after they complete our program—encouraging them, celebrating their successes, and helping them overcome obstacles as they work toward self-sufficiency.

This position may be a great fit if you have experience in:
• Mentoring or coaching
• Case management or social work
• Education or workforce development
• Nonprofit or community outreach
• Building relationships and encouraging others

Position includes:
• Regular participation in HATCH cohort sessions Tuesday-Friday, 9:00 AM-3:00 PM during each six-week cohort
• Flexible scheduling outside of cohort weeks

Shout-out to Hatch graduate Teayania for recently being named Employee of the Week at her new job! We love celebrating the successes of both our current students and alumni.

This summer, Teayania interviewed for and accepted a position at the Bar Harbor Inn in Bar Harbor, Maine. She has applied the training she received at Hatch, along with experience gained through our partners at Yedla Hotels, to spread her wings and pursue new opportunities.

What a special evening celebrating five years of HATCH!

Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate this milestone with us. HATCH truly takes a village, and we are so grateful for the partners who make this program possible — our restaurant partners, employment partners, referral partners, guest speakers, community supporters, and everyone who continues to believe in our students and our mission.

A very special thank you to our amazing HATCH staff, who show up every day to run this program with heart, excellence, and dedication.

We were also honored to present Mel Bradford with an award recognizing his five years of dedicated service to HATCH. Mel has steadfastly and continuously volunteered every Thursday during the program to drive our students on field trips, helping make those experiences possible year after year.

We also want to thank Woody Anderson Ford— not only for providing the van for those field trips, but most importantly for providing the space where HATCH operates at the dealership. Their support has been foundational to our program.

It has been an amazing five years, and we cannot wait to see what the next five years bring. Thank you for being part of the HATCH village!
