This department focuses its attention on assisting each student at every HCS school from the following departments: Athletics, Behavioral Learning, Counseling Services, Health Services, Student Welfare and Social Services, and alternative programs.

πŸŽ“βœ¨ THANK YOU for making the 2026 HCS College Fair a success! βœ¨πŸŽ“

We are incredibly grateful to all of the college and university representatives, volunteers, students, families, and HCS staff who helped make this event possible.

Our scholars had the opportunity to connect with colleges and universities, ask questions, explore opportunities, and begin thinking about what comes next after high school. Every conversation and connection helps our students take another step toward their future. πŸ’™πŸŽ“

πŸ“šβœ¨ The First Day of School Counts! βœ¨πŸ“š

A successful school year starts on Day One! Every student’s presence on the first day helps establish routines, build relationships, receive important information, and begin learning from the very start.

Parents and guardians, help your child start the year strong by:
βœ… Planning transportation in advance
βœ… Preparing school supplies and uniforms
βœ… Establishing bedtime and morning routines
βœ… Arriving at school on time and ready to learn

Let’s work together to make attendance a priority because every day matters, every student matters, and every opportunity counts!

We can’t wait to welcome our students back for an amazing school year! β€οΈπŸ’™πŸ’š
