A few PSA’s for our followers.

We don’t run this 24/7, as we both have other jobs and family commitments. We’re currently a two man operation (with some help from Mrs. Two Dads Jilly Rhoad Mize)

The MORE notice, the better chance we’ll have to help you. We’re not up waiting after midnight for late calls, if you plan on going out and think you’ll need a ride, if you tell us ahead of time, there’s a wayyyy better chance we can get you, as opposed to the 1 a.m. cold call.

It’s easier to take rides when we know for sure if you need a ride. We can’t and don’t deal with the “we might need a ride” possibilities, while we value and appreciate all of our clients and business, we also value our personal and family time. We don’t and won’t alter life plans on “mights and maybes”. That’s part of why we started taking non refundable down payments on airport trips. We will gladly refund you if it’s our fault or we can’t end up taking you.

We pride ourselves on being open, honest, upfront and transparent with our customers and we expect the same in return.
