Up next on our board member spotlights is Glenn Thomas! Glenn lives in Munfordville, KY and has been in the land brokerage business his whole life. Glenn serves as a board member for our organization.

Glenn Thomas is a co-owner of Mossy Oak Properties Hart Realty in South Central KY. He has served as President of Hart County Realty for over 30 years, specializing in acquisition, development, sales and leasing of farms, land,recreational, commercial, industrial and residential property.

He holds the prestigious designations of ALC (Accredited Land Consultant) and CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) from the National Association of Realtors. Glenn has worked with clients across the country buying and selling land in central Kentucky.

Board Member Spotlight: Stephen J B Davis

Stephen J B Davis is a Land Specialist and Luxury Residential Realtor serving Central Kentucky's Bluegrass region. Since 2018, he has focused on acreage estates, recreational land, transitional properties, and agricultural land—transactions where the stakes are high, the details matter, and getting it right requires more than access to listings. Stephen's approach is built on a simple framework: analyze, advise, advocate. He brings the analysis to understand what a property is actually worth, the professional judgment to advise clients clearly, and the persistence to advocate for their interests from first conversation to closing.

Before real estate, Stephen was a music educator in Detroit, Michigan, where he built a teaching business serving more than 20 private students across 10 schools while helping lead three marching bands. That work taught him something that still drives his practice today: success comes from understanding what each person actually needs and building a process to get them there. He brings that same care and attention to every client relationship.

Stephen is heavily involved with many real estate related organizations, and his involvement was critical to starting our local chapter. We appreciate all he does for our organization!

Board Member Spotlight: Chad Chism

Up next on our board member spotlights is Chad Chism! Chad is located in Lafayette, IN. Chad has built a solid foundation of clients through his professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always put his clients’ needs first. A Purdue University graduate, Chad’s dedication to education and excellence is reflected through his real estate credentials: GRI, CRS, SRS, e-PRO, C2EX, LHC, SRES, RENE, CIPS.

Chad is a homeowner, 6th generation farmer, and an investor in residential, commercial, and farmland real estate. Chad spends his extra time with family, on the farm, and serving as a volunteer both locally and globally. He serves the REALTOR® Association at the local, state, and national levels through his work as an FPC, Board Director, and committees member.

His work and leadership involvment has earned him several awards including the 2025 Indiana REALTOR® of the Year, 2025 LRAOR REALTOR® of the Year, and 2024 LRAOR President.

Board Member Spotlight: Mike Inman

Up next on our board member spotlight is Mike Inman! Mike has sold land, farms and homes in central Kentucky for 20 years. He is very knowledgeable about the farm and luxury home market in the area around and southwest of Lexington. Mike grew up on a farm in Mercer County and lived in Lexington for several years before moving back to his home county. Mike is a consistent top performer in his company.

Mike is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and holds NAR designations as a Certified Residential Specialist, Accredited Buyer Representative and Graduate Realtor® Institute designee. He is Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) endorsed and holds numerous certifications, including At Home with Diversity, Digital Marketing Professional (ePRO), Military Relocation Professional, Pricing Strategy Advisor, and Real Estate Negotiation Expert. He is a member of the REALTOR® Land Institute (RLI).

Mike is very active in his community and in REALTOR® associations at the local, state and national level. Mike is currently serving as 2026 President of Bluegrass REALTORS, a 4000-member association covering 38 counties in central and south-central Kentucky. Mike will serve as NAR’s Region 4 Vice-President for 2027, covering the states of KY, NC, SC, and TN.

Mike currently serves as an NAR Director, is a member of the board of directors for NAR’s REALTORS® Relief Foundation and is a member of the NAR Federal Financing and Housing Policy Committee. He also serves on the board of the Kentucky-Indiana Chapter of RLI.

Mike is active with his local Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Board of Commerce Lexington. He is a former Chair of the Harrodsburg/Mercer County Tourism Commission. Mike serves as Chair of Deacons of his church.

Mike was named REALTOR® of the Year for Kentucky REALTORS® in 2023 and Bluegrass REALTORS® in 2019. Mike is a 2021 graduate of the NAR Leadership Academy and is a member of the NAR REALTOR® Political Action Committee Hall of Fame (2 x inductee).

Mike is a 25-year retired veteran of the US Army, having served with the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) in Operations Desert Shield/Desert Storm, and is a former Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

Board Member Spotlight: Ron Kirby

Starting off on intros to our chapters leadership team is Ron Kirby! Ron serves as our leadership team's treasurer, and we are extremely thankful to have him on board! Ron is a second‐generation broker‐auctioneer, specializing in Lifestyle Properties, Land, Farms and Country Properties. Ron's designations include the (ALC) Accredited Land Consultant designation, (CAI) Certified Auctioneers Institute designation, the (AARE) Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate and the (CES) Certified Estate Specialist, a compilation of course studies at Indiana University and the (UCMA) United Country Master Auctioneer designation. He is also a proud member of (NAR) National Association of Realtors, (NAA) National Auctioneers Association, (KAA) Kentucky Auctioneers Associations as well as a Commissioner of the Kentucky Board of Auctioneers, and also carry 's the LandPro designation as a member of Realtree UC Hunting Properties.

His company is based in Bowling Green, KY and specializes in selling Lifestyle Properties including Country Homes, Land, Farms, Hunting & Recreational Properties, Timberland & Commercial Properties, At Auction and by traditional listing & sales. Estate services, 1031 exchange services, and land acquisitions are additional areas of knowledge and experience.
