Absorb Productions
We're not just another agency dabbling in video.
In a world where content creation is often reduced to phone cameras and ring lights, Absorb Productions stands apart by putting quality first.

Most people walk into a building looking for what it does. We walk in looking for how it feels.
For the new Monrovia EMS Station, that meant paying attention to the little things. The symmetry of the apparatus bay. The morning light spilling into the training room. The textures, lines, and details that most visitors would never consciously notice but somehow remember anyway.
Those details are what transform project photography from documentation into storytelling.
We're excited to share a few favorites from this shoot.

There are clients…. and then there are the people who completely change the trajectory of your business (and your life)
TrainerConnect was our very first client.
Over the last decade, we've had the privilege of growing alongside their team through exciting opportunities, difficult seasons, hard losses, and incredible victories. We've watched the organization evolve, expand, and continue serving students with the same heart that made us want to work with them in the first place.
There is no way to tell this story without mentioning Cassondra.
She was more than a client. She was a mentor, a friend, and someone who believed in us before we had much of a portfolio to show. She trusted a young creative team with opportunities that helped shape Absorb into the company it is today.
Honestly, we don't know where we'd be without her.
When Cassondra passed away in 2020, the loss was felt by so many people. Watching Jaden step into leadership and carry her vision forward has been nothing short of inspiring. He continued building on the foundation she created and brought TrainerConnect into its next chapter with purpose and determination.
We've been incredibly fortunate to continue that journey alongside their team.
Receiving this from Jaden Wilson means more than he probably realizes:
"The best part about working with Absorb is the results. They are committed to delivering amazing quality and service with everything they do. I would recommend Absorb's services to anyone because I trust in their ability to always do a great job."
We're grateful for every project, every conversation, every challenge, and every opportunity we've shared over the last ten years.
We have SO many wonderful stories and memories that we could share about the TC team, but we’ll save those for another day.
Thank you to the entire TrainerConnect team for believing in us from day one.
We'll never stop being grateful for the role you've played in our story.

A podcast isn't just something you listen to anymore.
It's something you watch, share, clip, quote, and build a community around.
For Faithful Doubt, our Absorb Productions team produced a high-quality multi-camera podcast designed to elevate conversations around faith, doubt, and life's hardest questions.
Our work included:
• Podcast production
• Multi-camera video
• Audio engineering
• Editing
• Motion graphics
We might be biased, but we think meaningful conversations deserve more than a we**am and questionable lighting. 😉

We partnered with Sunco Construction to create updated team headshots that complemented their refreshed brand identity and gave their website a more polished, cohesive feel.
The goal was not to line everyone up against a blank wall and call it a day.
Tempting? Maybe.
Strategic? Not exactly.
Instead, we captured portraits inside Sunco’s office space, using the industrial and architectural elements of the environment to reinforce the brand’s grounded, professional aesthetic. Through careful creative direction, select angles, and a three-point lighting setup, we created headshots that felt polished, approachable, and connected to the company’s identity.
We also created secondary versions of each portrait for a custom website hover effect, adding a subtle interactive detail that made the team page feel more branded and intentional.
Because even headshots can pull their weight when they are part of a larger visual system.

We partnered with Redemption Ranch K9 Rescue to create "From Shelter to Shield", a high-impact promotional video designed to communicate their mission clearly and quickly.
Redemption Ranch transforms shelter dogs into working K9s for law enforcement agencies, creating a powerful intersection of rescue, training, public safety, and community impact.
So yes, the story had layers.
Our job was to turn those layers into a focused, emotionally compelling video under two minutes. No rambling. No overcomplication.
Our work included cinematography, producing, video strategy, interview strategy, pre-production, video editing, color grading, audio engineering, and motion graphics.
Over five months, we captured authentic training footage, K9 development, handler interaction, and field work to support the story with real visuals, not staged filler. We also filmed the interview at sunrise in a grounded outdoor setting to create a tone that felt personal, credible, and mission-driven.
Within 30 days of launch, the video generated 33K organic views, 36 comments, and 300 reactions on Facebook alone.
Because a strong mission deserves more than “awareness.” It deserves a story people actually stop to watch.

Midwest creative rule #1:
Never trust the weather forecast.
The first shoot day for a new project with Redemption Ranch almost got postponed thanks to a less-than-encouraging radar.
Instead, we happened to catch the perfect bubble in the storm and ended up with dramatic skies, beautiful directional light, and the kind of atmosphere that makes every frame feel a little punchier.
Big shout-out to everyone involved for sticking it out with us!

We partnered with Sunco Construction to create a testimonial video showcasing their work modernizing multiple Citizens Bank locations across central Indiana.
Sure, we wanted to show off the renovated spaces, but we really wanted to tell the story behind them.
Through interview strategy, pre-production planning, multi-location filming, architectural b-roll, editing, color grading, and audio engineering, Absorb Productions built a video that highlights Sunco as a trusted partner for organizations looking to modernize their physical spaces.
The final video shows how Sunco helped create banking environments that feel more welcoming, functional, private, and aligned with today’s customer expectations.
We also coordinated production around active bank locations, filming outside of operating hours and across multiple days to avoid disruption.
Because “just grab some footage” is how you get a video.
Strategy is how you get a story that converts.
