FC PAC

HEAD COACH

We’re proud to introduce our Head Coach, Kantaro Ish*tani.

At FC PAC, we don’t just train players —
we build individuals who can think, compete, and grow in any environment.

With a clear philosophy and a global perspective,
Coach Kantaro leads the standard we set every day.

“I am thrilled to coach for a club that prioritizes comprehensive player development rather than just winning matches.

Together with the team behind FC PAC, we aim to create an environment where young athletes can thrive both on and off the field, developing skills that will serve them throughout their lives.”

— Kantaro Ish*tani

GLOBAL EXPERIENCE

At FC PAC, player development goes beyond the local environment.

Through our annual global program, players are exposed to
different styles, higher standards, and real competition
in some of Asia’s most competitive environments —
now recognized as some of the most advanced and rapidly evolving player development systems in the world.

While many clubs focus on domestic tournaments and trips to Europe,
we take a different approach — one built on global experience.

This is not just an opportunity.
This is part of the process.
