October is more than a month of pink. It is a time to honor courage, celebrate strength, remember those we have lost, and stand beside every person still fighting.
At MAGnet HCCN, we recognize the importance of breast cancer awareness, early detection, education, and access to quality care. We encourage everyone to know their risk, stay current with recommended screenings, and remind the women in their lives to do the same.
For the fighters. For the survivors. For the ones we remember. For the ones we love.
This October, we wear pink with purpose. 💗

Mental health is an essential part of our overall well-being. It affects how we think, feel, cope with stress, build relationships, make decisions, and show up for ourselves and others every day.
This Mental Health Awareness Month, let’s continue breaking the stigma and reminding our communities that asking for help is a sign of strength. A simple conversation, a listening ear, or checking in on someone can make a meaningful difference.
Your mental health matters. Your well-being matters. You matter.
MAGnet-HCCN encourages everyone to prioritize mental wellness, support one another, and seek help when needed.

Twenty-five years later, we pause to remember the lives lost, honor the heroes who answered the call, and recognize the strength that united our nation. Their courage, sacrifice, and legacy will never be forgotten.
We remember. We honor. We stand united. Never forget. 🇺🇸

Celebrating 5 Years of Service, Impact & Purpose! 🎉
For five remarkable years, MAGnet-HCCN has remained committed to strengthening communities and advancing healthier outcomes across Mississippi.
At the heart of this journey is our phenomenal leader, Tiffani Grant, MS, RDN, LD, whose vision, dedication, and commitment to health equity continue to move our mission forward. Her leadership reminds us that meaningful healthcare is about more than programs and services—it’s about people, access, opportunity, and lasting change.
As we celebrate this milestone, we honor five years of partnerships, progress, and service—and look forward to an even greater impact in the years ahead.
5 Years Strong. One Mississippi. Healthier Communities. Greater Impact.

Excellence in healthcare is not only measured by the care provided, but by the lives transformed, communities strengthened, and opportunities created for generations to come. Dr. Jasmin Owens Chapman represents that standard of excellence, and her extraordinary contributions have left an undeniable mark on healthcare throughout the State of Mississippi.
Dr. Chapman’s impact cannot be measured simply by titles, years of service, or professional accomplishments. Her legacy can be seen in the patients who received care, families who found hope, communities that gained access to essential health services, and healthcare professionals who were inspired by her leadership and example.
Her dedication to community health has been especially meaningful to Mississippi, where access to quality healthcare remains critical in many underserved and vulnerable communities. Through her leadership, advocacy, compassion, and unwavering commitment to service, Dr. Chapman has demonstrated what it truly means to make healthcare a mission rather than simply a profession.
Being honored with the 2026 National Association of Community Health Centers Lifetime Achievement Award is a tremendous and well-deserved recognition. It celebrates not only what Dr. Chapman has accomplished, but also the foundation she has built for generations of healthcare leaders who will follow in her footsteps.
Dr. Chapman, Mississippi is better because you chose to serve. Your influence has opened doors, strengthened communities, elevated community health, and reminded us that transformational leadership begins with a genuine commitment to people.
Thank you for the sacrifices made behind the scenes, the countless lives touched, the barriers you helped break, and the standard of excellence you continue to represent. Your work has created a legacy that will live far beyond any single award.
Congratulations, Dr. Jasmin Owens Chapman, on this historic and well-deserved honor. Your lifetime of service has made a lifetime of difference. Mississippi proudly celebrates you!
