Saved Soulz - Topic Telling the Truth (Mellow Version)

The greatest comeback in recorded history. A man who was publicly executed, buried in a tomb, and walked out three days later.

According to the Gospel accounts, Jesus of Nazareth was crucified under the authority of the Roman governor, Pontius Pilate. Roman ex*****on was designed to make one thing unmistakably clear - when Rome killed you, you stayed dead.

A stone sealed the tomb, guards were posted, and the story appeared finished. Yet the earliest Christians began proclaiming something extraordinary - the tomb was empty, and Jesus had been seen alive.

This claim wasn’t whispered in private. It was announced publicly in the very city where the ex*****on happened. Within weeks, thousands of people in Jerusalem were convinced that Jesus had risen from the dead.

Many of the witnesses would later face persecution, imprisonment, and death without ever abandoning their testimony.

The resurrection is the central claim of Christianity. Everything stands or falls on this moment. If it didn’t happen, the entire faith collapses. But if it did happen, it means death itself has been defeated and history has a King.

Thank him on the bad days!

Matthew 6:34
New International Version

34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
