Here's a snippet from the STRONG Teacher Newsletter: Enough With the Wind Already
"Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished." - Lao Tzu, Tao Te Ching
Three weeks into the school year and the adrenaline's waning. Routines aren't automatic yet, and Friday still feels far from Monday. Goal setting helps give you a boost when you need it the most. To make them more manageable, schedule checkpoints along the way.

ā
We participate
ā¤ļø Heart ā love the golden rule
š¤ Together, together, together (leave no one out, leave no one behind)
Norms work best when they're discussed daily and used often.
But when you co-create them WITH your students? That's where the real culture shift happens.
