Little Seeds is proud to be a community drop-off location for Sweet Beginnings Diaper Bank, a local nonprofit serving families throughout Contra Costa County. They provide diapers to families experiencing diaper need—and one of the things we love most is that they accept opened packages of clean, unused diapers.
Whether it’s 5 diapers or 50, your extras can make a real difference for another family.

Led by experienced hospital birth professionals, this class breaks down what labor typically looks like, what to expect during your hospital stay, and how to feel more confident and prepared for birth.

Birth Prep Bootcamp is happening THIS Sunday!

Six hours dedicated to helping you and your partner feel more informed, prepared, and confident heading into birth.

We’ll cover how labor actually works, comfort measures and positioning, partner support, interventions and decision-making, what to expect at the hospital, postpartum recovery, newborn rhythms, feeding, and more.

But this class isn’t about memorizing everything that could happen during birth or creating the perfect birth plan.

It’s about understanding what’s happening, knowing your options, and having the tools to navigate birth—even when it doesn’t unfold exactly as expected.

Breastfeeding is natural—but that doesn’t mean it always comes naturally.

One of the best ways to prepare for your baby’s arrival is to learn what to expect before those first feeding sessions. Since newborns spend so much of their time eating and sleeping, having a foundation of knowledge can make those early days feel a little less overwhelming.

In our Breastfeeding Basics class, we’ll cover topics including:
