The Equal Rights Amendment - the ERA guarantees that equality regardless of s*x is part of our nation's highest law. It would provide a stronger and more lasting foundation for addressing unequal pay, workplace discrimination, gender-based violence, reproductive healthcare, and other forms of s*x discrimination. It has been ratified by the states in 2020, and is one vote in congress away from being recognized.

Yes we can. Elect Equality at the mid-terms, Demand Congress pass the resolution to affirm the ERA in the first 100 Days. Equality for ALL OF US. That's what we want out of the next election. Laws, local and federal, can be amended or repealed by a simple majority vote, gutted by executive order,defunded by a budget resolution or weakened by judicial interpretation.
