Lansing Catholic High School

What do students build when no assignment is given?

Students in Principles of Engineering found a pile of wooden blocks on a table. With no instructions and a few free minutes, they chose to build a church.

At Lansing Catholic, faith is not limited to a class period or a scheduled moment of prayer. It becomes part of how our students see the world, use their gifts and choose to create.

Sometimes, the simplest moments tell the greatest story. 💙✝️

2028 Discover England Tour - Informational Meeting - Tuesday, September 22

LCHS is going to England in 2028! Mrs. Hannah Coldwell and Mr. Tim Salow will be hosting a Discover England Tour for all interested Cougar families in June of 2028. An informational meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 22 at 6:00pm in Room 205. Please plan to attend if you are interested in learning more about this special opportunity!

The excitement of Homecoming builds all day long! Starting with a spirited pep assembly, celebrating our newest Athletic Hall of Fame inductees, and gathering as a community for CougarFest and the Family Fun Zone. But the tradition doesn’t stop there.

It all leads to the highlight of the day: the Homecoming Football Game! 🏈 The Cougars take the field against Charlotte under the Friday night lights at 7 PM in Cougar Stadium.

Come cheer, connect, and close out a full day of Homecoming memories together.

Before the Cougars storm the field in our Homecoming celebration Sept. 18, the flavors roll in for CougarFest with the food trucks open at 5:00pm; Shove It Pizza () with slices hot from the oven, Smoke ’N Pig ( ) serving up smoky barbecue, and Kona Ice () with cool, colorful treats for the perfect game-night finish.

Bring your appetite, grab your favorites, and make it a full Homecoming night. Kickoff is at 7:00pm but the fun starts with food at 5:00pm.

Welcome to the Cougar Family Fun Zone!

Before the lights come on and the Cougars take the field, the celebration starts in the baseball outfield.

Sept 18 at 5:00 PM, the Cougar Family Fun Zone opens its gates with giveaways, crafts, games, and Cougar tattoos that the kids will wear proudly all night long.

It’s laughter, play, and memories, all free with your game admission.

Cougar Homecoming Celebration is here!

Join us for an unforgettable week of celebration and community. The week will feature the Athletic Hall of Fame induction, a Food Truck Tailgate inside the stadium during our football game, and the Cougar Family Fun Zone for kids, plus lots of fun events for the students throughout the week.

Bring your family, bring your friends, and come be part of the tradition. We can’t wait to see Cougar Nation together to cheer, connect, and celebrate! 🐾💙

Today, we remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, honor the courage of those who served and pray for all whose lives were forever changed.

May God grant eternal rest to those who died, comfort to those who mourn and peace to our nation.

We will never forget.

The Cougar Booster Club will meet Wednesday, September 9 at 6:00 PM in the LCHS Library.

We’ll also be voting for members of the Cougar Booster Club Board, so we encourage all Booster Club members to attend and participate.
