I promise I will make a real new menu soon! 6 inch two layer cakes, plus a middle cookie layer $35. This is strawberry shortcake: vanilla cake, cookie center layer, strawberry glaze& frosting middle, vanilla frosting. No artificial dyes, does not need refrigeration, and vegan :) Chocolate peanut butter is up next!

re-did the spiced ube recipe because few people mentioned coconut allergies (I am not an allergy-free house so do not recommend for the super sensitive/I worry about supply cross-contamination on the odd ingredients), I think they came out great! Lansing Paracon is next week but I will NOT be vending there due to technical difficulties

Lansing Pride in Old Town today, 300+ vendors and perfect weather :) ***ending update SOLD OUT thanks to the last customer buying everything left. Hope to make it back next year!
