-Pet Alive Laredo is a 501(c)(3) organization founded in February 2015. PAL – Pet
Alive Laredo is a group of dedicated volunteers giving stray pets a second chance at
life. We operate with the cooperation of foster homes and the support of public
donations. At the present time, we do not receive any state or federal funding, so your
donation means our survival and the survival of pets on a euthanasia list at the local city shelter. PAL promotes programs that focus on saving shelter and stray pets, educating community members on the importance of responsible pet ownership and spay/neuter.
