💔 RUSSEL HAS WAITED HIS WHOLE LIFE FOR SOMEONE TO CARE.

At 10 years old, this sweet senior boy has known a lifetime of neglect, hunger, and uncertainty. He never knew where his next meal would come from.

And yet… he still trusts. He still loves. He still wants to be loved. 💔🐾

Now Russel needs a soft heart and a safe home — urgently. We need a committed foster for him within the next week.

Russel does well with other dogs, but because of his past, food and treats can trigger food aggression. If there are other dogs in the home, he simply needs to be separated during meals and treats. It’s a small accommodation for a dog who has endured so much.

🙏 Senior lovers, we are begging you. Please give Russel the safe, peaceful home he should have had all along.

🚨 PEPPER HAS UNTIL OCTOBER 23RD. THEN WHAT? 💔

At 9 years old and approx 50 lbs, senior dog Pepper lost the only person he ever knew. When his owner died, no one came for him. He was left at a shelter to die.

We stepped in. ❤️

Pepper is now thriving in an in-home board & train, doing great with other dogs and learning how wonderful home life can be.

But his boarding ends October 23rd. We desperately need a committed foster before then.

🚨 RUSSEL NEEDS A FOSTER 🚨

Please don't scroll past this 10-year-old boy. He has survived a lifetime of neglect and starvation—and he finally needs someone to show him what love feels like. 💔

Russel was rescued with his bonded friend, the one companion who had survived all those years beside him. Then his friend passed away💔.

🏥He is heartworm positive and needs time, medical care, good food, and—most of all—a safe person who will help him heal both his body and his broken spirit.

Because Russel was forced to survive without knowing when his next meal would come, he has some food aggression. It's understandable. It's survival.

For that reason, a home with no other dogs may be best. He can be around other dogs and is wonderful with people. Cats are unknown.

🙏 Russel doesn't need a perfect home. He needs a committed one.

A soft bed.
A full bowl.
Patience.
Security.
Someone who won't give up on him.

After just a few days with ✨Cally✨ we are already so in love! Cally is a 10/10 perfect dog and just fits in so easily- all she is missing is her forever family. It’s hard to believe that anyone ever let her go!

Some things we already know about Cally:
Her all time favorite thing is a good walk 🐕Any time of day and any place- Cally is ready to explore and her leash manners are amazing!

She also does so well on car rides 🚗 either sitting to watch the scenery go by or laying down nicely on the way to the next stop.

When Cally isn’t out adventuring on a walk or car ride, she absolutely loves cuddling up with her people 💕 She is such a sweet and affectionate girl and has the most expressive beautiful blue eyes that she definitely knows how to use to trick you into some extra treats.

Speaking of treats- Cally wants everyone to know that in addition to the traditional dog treats, she also loves ice cubes 🧊 watermelon 🍉 carrots 🥕 and cucumbers 🥒 ! If you have a snack to share- Cally will give it a try and she will make sure to take it gently!

Cally is potty trained and crate trained and knows her basic commands like sit and paw/shake 🐾
She is basically the perfect addition to your home!

Cally does well with other dogs so far and knows how to play gently.

She is such a smart and loving girl who deserves a family that appreciates and spoils her.

We are in search of volunteers who can help with our adoption events. Usually at Petsmart in the Largo Mall.
Next month is Barktoberfest in Treasure Island and we would love some help.
Other ways to help: taking photos of our dogs, taking them on outings, transporting.

🚨 URGENT: CALLY NEEDS A FOSTER! 🚨

💔 Cally is only 4 years old. She weighs 55 pounds. And somehow, she was left behind by TWO different "owners".

Cally ended up in a shelter after being found running loose. She actually had an owner — but that owner rehomed her. Then the second person who had her decided they didn’t want her back.

When Cally needed someone to come for her at the shelter… NEITHER ONE DID. 💔

We couldn’t let this sweet Husky mix become another shelter statistic. So we saved her. ❤️

Now Cally is safe, but she desperately needs a foster home so she can finally have the chance to feel what it’s like to belong to someone who won’t give up on her.
