The Payment Specialist ensures that clients understand their invoices, complete payments securely, and provide the required information for the next stage of the tax-filing process.

Job Details
🎓 Qualification: Any Graduate
💼 Experience: 2–3 Years
📍 Location: Hyderabad
👤 Eligibility: Only Hyderabad Residence Candidates
🌙 Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
💰 Salary: ₹2.4 – ₹3.4 LPA

Key Responsibilities
• Create and share accurate invoices with clients.
• Explain service charges, invoices, payment requirements, and available payment methods.
• Guide clients through online payment processes.
• Follow up on pending, failed, or incomplete payments.
• Maintain accurate payment and invoice records.
• Coordinate with the Tax and Client Support teams regarding payment status.
• Confirm payment and client readiness before the tax return moves to the next stage.
• Collect required confidential information securely as per company procedures.
• Analyze customer payment behavior and identify delayed or pending payments.
• Handle payment-related client queries professionally.
• Maintain confidentiality of clients’ financial and personal information.

Requirements
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Good MS Excel & computer skills
• Experience with invoicing & online payments
• Strong follow-up & documentation skills
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Payment Processing, Collections, Banking, Client Relationship Management, Finance, Customer Support, or a similar role.
