Professional massage therapy providing rehabilitation, healing and balance. I also hold affiliations with the American Massage Therapy Association.
Massage therapy is manipulation of the soft tissue muscles with the hands or tools of a massage therapist. Massage can provide benefits to the following:
- Alleviates pain, improves range of motion, and improves joint flexablility.
- Helps athletes of any level, prepare and recover muscles tissue from a strenuous work out.
- Promotes blood flow, and enhances the immune system.
- Reduces adhesions, scar tissue and swelling.
- Reduces headaches, stress, and can lessen depression and anxiety.
- Assists in an easier pregnancy of expecting mothers.
- ... And much more. In my 5 years of practice, I have worked for Chiropractors, Spas, and Physical Therapy clinics. I received 768 hours of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork at the Florida College or Natural Health. Attending this school allowed me to learn and grown as a therapist by providing education in serveral modalities. With such an extensive curriculum, and broad experiences, I am able to provide the style of massage thats best suits your needs. I am Nationally Certified with the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB). If you have any questions regarding services, please feel free to contact me.
