Train OC (obstacle course) is a fully mobile obstacle course company based in Denver, Colorado. We provide onsite fitness and fundraising programs for schools, teams, gyms, private parties and other organizations. Founded in 2012 by elite fitness coach, former world class athlete and military veteran James Short, Train OC was created to bring the fun and excitement of obstacle course racing (OCR) to local neighborhoods while providing fitness education to encourage healthy habits for life.
