My least favorite piece of advice in the nail industry: charge your worth.
Your worth has nothing to do with your skills. Your worth is infinite.
Don't "charge your worth". Instead do this:
✨️Know your cost
✨️Know what you spend every month to do your job
✨️Know what you need to make to live the lifestyle you want
✨️Know how much you need to charge to cover your costs and live the lifestyle you want
