Joi “Nicki” Fusco is the CEO and founder of Joiful Cakery, where the motto is “making the edible, INCREDIBLE”. The inspiration for starting the company began with a simple pastime she used to do with her beloved Nana, clipping recipes from The Washington Post. Her Nana shared her own pound cake recipe with Joi, and her passion for baking began from there! Baking is her stress reliever and it makes her truly proud to see customers happy with something she created with love. Joi’s major goal is to not only spread JOY with her baking, but to eventually open her own bakery shop. After being a wife, and mother, baking is her passion and she looks forward to bringing her creations to your event.
