Important BBP Update, Delivery/Drop-Offs

Hi everyone! This is Analeigh, the founder of BBP.
I want to be transparent about an operational change, BBP will no longer be offering drop-off/delivery services.

I know this may be disappointing, especially for clients who don't have access to a vehicle. However, as BBP has grown, the number of people needing drop-offs has become more than I can realistically keep up with.

As most of you know, BBP is student-led, I founded it when I was 15 years old.

I and my President of the Board personally handle most of BBP's day-to-day operations. Now I am 16, and I am a full-time college student with several other personal responsibilities. I simply don't have the time or volunteer support necessary to continue providing reliable drop-offs.

BBP will continue offering pickup during our regular hours of operation. We will still do everything we can to make our pickup process accessible and straightforward.

Caleb’s Closet NEEDS YOUR HELP!

Our shelves are getting a little bare, and we’re asking our amazing community to help us restock some much-needed items for the children and families we serve.

Here’s what we’re currently in need of:

Toddler Girls’ Clothing
• All sizes welcome
• Especially 2T & 3T
• Short-sleeve shirts are a critical need!

Boys & Girls Socks
• Medium & Large

Men’s Clothing
• Size Large

Teen Girls’ Clothing
• All sizes

Toddler Beds
• We are still in need of toddler beds for children entering care.

And as always, we are so incredibly thankful for YOU.

Caleb’s Closet exists because our community believes that children entering foster care deserve to have their needs met with dignity, love, and care. Every shirt, every pair of socks, every bed, and every bag of clothing represents someone saying, “These kids matter. They are worth showing up for.”

We are continually amazed by the generosity of our community and the way you rally around children in care. Your giving hearts make it possible for us to say “yes” when a child needs something.

Thank you for continuing to clothe, love, and encourage children and families walking through foster care and adoption. We truly could not do this without you.

Our donation shed is located at 10306 Indiana Ave in the Aldersgate Church parking lot. You can drop off there at your convenience tomorrow morning through Saturday evening of this week.

I want to be transparent about why we're making this change. BBP has grown significantly, and I currently handle the majority of our day-to-day operations while also being a 16 year-old full-time college student. Our current six-day operating schedule is no longer sustainable for me to maintain.

This change will allow us to serve more effectively on our operating days. Messages will be responded to if I am available, but please understand that I and anyone working in our operation are NOT on-call 24/7.

Hey y'all, there's been some confusion with our claim form lately.

We are no longer using the old form sent in most confirmation texts, it has been updated on our website to the new one across the board.

We have a new form because we are starting some new programing in our system, we have been working on a script programming project to optimize our workflow in the past few weeks. More on that in the future.
