Supplements are supposed to be what? SUPPLEMENTAL to a healthy nutrient dense daily diet. They are not supposed to be the main source of one’s nutrients…

It can get confusing sometimes on what all supplements to take and when to take them. Here is a simplified graphic on just that using the latest nutritional science information…

If you have questions on any of this and what supplement companies we recommend, please message us here ➡️ TRIFIT TRAINING & WELLNESS 💪😊

It’s all about being a little bit better than yesterday. That’s how you make long-term progress and build new lifestyle habits that you can stick to for life…Here are 5 TRIFIT TRAINING & WELLNESS clients that have bought into that and you can see the results on their InBody USA scans. The next 3 clients are fairly new with us at TRIFIT TRAINING & WELLNESS. They have been working with us for just a few months but look at their progress so far. They are all 3 getting leaner while building muscle…How are they doing this? With consistent weekly focus on the correct types of workouts while making positive changes to their nutrition. And that’s what we do. We help people every day become the healthiest & fittest versions of themselves…AND we have FUN while doing it💪😊

Three generations-one workout…We had the good fortune of having 3 generations of ladies in this weekend to train. TRIFIT TRAINING & WELLNESS client, Lisa Acosta , brought her mother and grandmother in to get some work in. We all had so much fun that they are thinking of making this a regular weekend thing💪😊

Checking in with clients is something we do every day…As a personal trainer/wellness & nutrition coach, our job doesn’t end when the client walks out of the training facility. I would say that’s where the real work really begins…What are our clients eating post session? How are they feeling post session? Did they enjoy the session? What else are they doing post session to recover well? How can we make the next session even more productive? All of those questions are very important for us to ask and matter as it’s not just the 2-3 hours a week we spend with each client working in facility that get an individual results but the other 165-166 hours that they spend away from their sessions that really bring the progress💪😊

Our bodies have more than 1 type of muscle fiber. Some of those fibers are for helping us with our speed/ power & quickness/agility while others are more for helping us with our strength/building our metabolism & endurance/posture…

It’s important that in order for us to be as functional & healthy as possible that we put work in during our exercise time to develop all of those areas. This is just another reason why that hiring a knowledgeable personal trainer/coach is so important💪😊

Dan Go knows…He’s a great follow!

You've been lied to about aging. And how do I know? Because I'm watching 50-year-olds move like they're 30. All due to a few simple actions.

They simply do the opposite of what the average person does.

They're not chasing hacks, they're not transfusing the blood of a younger person (yes, this is a thing).

They're giving a middle finger to aging by prioritizing their health and bodies.

The uncomfortable truth is you're either aging forward or backward. There's no pause button.

Every choice compounds. Every day matters.

My 52-year-old clients who reversed their biological age by 10+ years all quit these habits cold turkey.

Most people will read this list and defend their "one glass of wine."

Winners already left their phones at home and went for a walk.

Your cells are keeping score whether you acknowledge it or not. Are you winning or losing?

What habit are you dropping TODAY? Comment below.
