Transparency Moment from Coach Volonda :

March 16, 2024- the day I realized I had gotten back out of control. Cortisol and Insulin through the roof!

" Peri", PCOS, injuries, hypothyroidism, etc were wreaking havoc on my body and I refused to get back on any shots or meds.
This time I was going to do it naturally.

I know the power of the body when you put in the right environment: it can heal itself.
My hormones needed balancing.

The picture on the right was 4 weeks later.. (April 2024)

Since then I have made more progress and I JUST started easing back into exercising last week 😉

Stay tuned...

Follow my journey, better yet: JOIN ME!

2024: my year of Restoration

When you realize you are HIS MASTERPIECE, then you can MASTER PEACE.

Ephesians 2:10

read that again...🙌🏾

God makes no mistakes. You are enough and you are loved just as you are🤗😇

We want to truly thank each one of you for supporting us during our Grand Opening this past Sunday.
Our hearts are full of gratitude and love 🤎

Thank you for entrusting us with providing you with the absolute best service!

That ice storm thought it was going to stop us... No way!!! It's On and Poppin this Sunday!! 🙌🏾🔥

See you in 2 weeks!!!

We thank you for your support! 🤎🤎
