Happy first official day of Autumn!! The weather here is perfect, it’s a chill at home night, I have a tiny cold right on time, and I have a new recipe I’m excited to try. (I’ll share in stories). 🍂 My cozy room is currently filled with art for Holiday, but here’s my cozy room (with Steph Berg in it!) from last Autumn and I still love it just as much. 🫶 This painting is inspired by the view looking out the window at my favorite supper club (Ishnala iykyk) and it makes me so happy. (If you want a link to my Autumn collection, just comment “fall”). Are there supper clubs where you live?!

One thing about me is, I love space. I really do. I am an intense person, and it’s not my favorite thing about myself. There’s not much that can slow down my brain or my pace… honestly, there are only three places I ever notice my heart and brain not racing — painting, on a boat ride with my family, and looking up at the stars. There’s something about looking up at the night sky that feels so re-orienting to me. It just makes me remember who I am, how small I am in the universe, and how great a Creator we have. I have so many beautiful memories of looking up at the night sky with my kids, with my sister. On camping trips, vacations… on blankets in our driveway. I felt inspired to paint a night sky of Autumn after seeing a beautiful photograph I knew I wanted to re-create. But for my version, I wanted to include a big dipper, the little dipper, and a shooting star as homages to my kids. I enlisted Dugan Sherbondy so he could help me plot those stars just right in the sky so they would all be where they needed to be for peek autumn stargazing, and it is so subtle that it made the painting like a hidden picture game. Can you spot them? Do you like looking at the stars? (Comment “star” or any star emoji and I’ll send you the link to this painting and the full Autumn collection). This piece is called “True North” and it’s available now at LL. 🫶🍂💫✨⭐️🌟

Thank you for such a warm reception to the Autumn Collection! 🍂 I’m so excited for these pieces to find their way into your homes.
I love creating art for autumn because there’s just something about this season that makes us want to turn inward a little. To light the candles, make something warm, gather our people, and make home feel extra cozy. 🤎
This collection is filled with pieces inspired by so many of my favorite parts of the season: changing leaves, quiet walks through the woods, sunflower farms, starry skies, rich colors, and a little bit of mystery. Art that feels special for autumn, but that you can absolutely love all year long.
And right now, all canvases in the Autumn Collection are 10% off!
Comment AUTUMN and I’ll send you a link to shop the full collection. 🍂
I hope you find something you love for your home. 🌙✨

Inspired by traditional folk art and the beautiful, winding florals of rosemaling, this art piece, Gathered Wild, is a playful celebration of the wildflowers that might have dotted the prairie generations ago. Painted in creamy white against a rich, earthy green, it feels a little bit old-world and a little bit untamed—like something gathered up, passed down, pressed and cherished and brought in a home on the frontier. The Frontier collection is live! 🌵🤎 paintings I made, vintage I found, and a few fun hybrids to add a little wild inspiration to your walls as the season starts to change! I love making playlists for my art colorations, and you want the link to my (western-inspired) Spotify playlist I created for this collection, comment “music”! 🤠
