One of our projects this year was a collaboration with East High MENS Club! MENS (Men Encouraging Nonviolent Strength) Clubs bring together young men to connect and discuss topics like masculinity, (un)healthy relationships, and conflict resolution. With a shared focus on violence prevention, GameChangers planned a peer education event that engaged students in discussions and activities. We shared a meal, competed in a fierce game of Family Feud, and talked about how we can show up for our community!
Thank you so much to the DAIS MENS Club facilitators for supporting us as we created this space! We're looking forward to more collaboration in the future ✨💜🥳

Hi! My name is Evelyn Grimm, and I’m a student GameChanger here at RCC: Sexual Violence Resource Center. I’m passionate about activism and advocacy, and I hope to inspire others to take action alongside me in order to work towards a safer, more equitable world. It’s really important to me that people are educated on topics such as sexual violence and inequality, because the first step to fighting against injustice is acknowledging and understanding its existence.
