It’s All About the Balance. ✨

Great design doesn’t come from matching everything perfectly.

It comes from knowing how to bring different elements together.

Warm wood against a soft blue.
Natural stone beside clean lines.
Texture, light and a few carefully chosen details.

Each element brings something different — but together, they create a space that feels balanced, layered and intentional.

At LMD, that balance is often where the magic happens. 🤍

A Kitchen, Reimagined. ✨

Sometimes, a transformation is about more than changing how a space looks — it’s about changing how it feels to live in it.

For this kitchen, we reimagined the space with a lighter, more open approach while bringing warmth and character through natural wood tones, soft greens and carefully selected finishes.

A larger island creates a true gathering place, layered lighting brings warmth and dimension, and the mix of cabinetry gives the kitchen a fresh look without losing its sense of home.

And of course, one of our favorite details: that backsplash. 🤍

The result? A kitchen that feels brighter, more functional, more inviting — and completely transformed.

Designed to Be Lived In.

A beautiful home should never feel too precious to enjoy.

It should be the place where mornings begin slowly, friends stay a little longer, and everyday moments feel just a little more special.

At LMD, we design with real life in mind — creating spaces that feel elevated and refined, while still being warm, comfortable, and completely personal.

Because luxury isn’t about having a home you’re afraid to touch.

It’s about having a home you never want to leave.

Thinking about what your home could become?
Let’s create something beautiful together.

✨ Meet Thomas ✨

Originally from France, Thomas has called Florida home for the past seven years.

His love for architecture and interiors started long before LMD. With a professional background in Europe and a lifelong passion for design, he brings a distinctly European perspective to his work — one shaped by proportion, character, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.

Travel is another big part of his inspiration. Different cultures, architecture, hotels, restaurants, materials… he’s always observing, collecting ideas, and finding inspiration in the places he discovers.

For Thomas, the most beautiful interiors aren’t simply well designed. They feel personal. They tell something about the people who live there and are meant to be enjoyed, not just admired.

Under the Florida sun, Thomas co-founded LMD Interior Design Studio alongside his friend Suzi — bringing together their creativity, experience, and shared love of creating beautiful homes.

And four years later, that passion continues to shape every project that comes through the studio.

🤍 Have a project in mind?

We’d love to get to know you — and create a home that feels distinctly yours.

BEFORE / AFTER | Designed for Life Outdoors

Some transformations change more than the way a home looks — they change the way you live in it.

This outdoor space was reimagined as a true extension of the home. A place to gather, slow down, entertain, and enjoy those beautiful Florida evenings.

And with cooler temperatures just around the corner, there’s something especially inviting about spending the evening outside — good company, a comfortable place to settle in, and the warmth of a firepit nearby.

Because the best spaces shouldn’t always be inside.

Considered in Every Detail.

Great design isn’t only about what you notice first.

Across every project, it’s the details that bring a space to life — the way materials meet, the warmth of a finish, the placement of a light, the hardware you touch every day, and the personal pieces that make a home feel like home.

Each choice may feel small on its own, but together, they shape the way a home looks, feels, and lives.

At LMD, we believe those details are what take a space from beautiful to truly considered.

Because when every detail has a purpose, you can feel the difference.

Four years ago, we started LMD with a vision. Today, we’re looking ahead.✨

These past four years have brought beautiful homes, inspiring transformations, incredible clients, and so many opportunities to do what we love most — creating spaces that feel personal, considered, and truly lived in.

We’re incredibly grateful for every client who has trusted us with their home, every collaboration, and everyone who has been part of our story along the way.

And while today is a moment to celebrate how far we’ve come, we’re even more excited about where we’re going.

The future is bright — and 2027 is already taking shape.

New projects. New ideas. New spaces waiting to be transformed.

As we begin booking projects for next year, we’re looking forward to the homes we haven’t met yet and the stories we’ll have the privilege of helping create.

Here’s to four years of LMD — and to everything still ahead.

Planning a project for 2027? We’d love to be part of it.

BEFORE / AFTER ✨

Some transformations completely change the way a home feels. This was one of them.

This kitchen was completely reimagined — not simply to give it a new look, but to create a space that feels brighter, more open, and beautifully connected to the rest of the home. 🤍

The deep blue cabinetry became a defining element of the design, balanced by crisp whites, warm brass and soft, luminous finishes. What was once a darker, more traditional space now feels fresh, sophisticated and full of personality.

But the biggest transformation is in the way the home now lives. The kitchen feels open and inviting, with a natural connection to the surrounding spaces and a generous island made for gathering. ✨

It's a completely new way of experiencing the heart of this home. 💙

And that's what we love about a great transformation. It isn't simply about replacing what was there. It's about seeing what a space could become.

✨Why We Design✨

We started LMD because we believed in something simple:

Your home should tell your story, not someone else's.

Every room we design begins with a question: How do you actually live? What matters to you? What do you want to feel when you walk through that door?

It's never about trends. Never about what's "in."

It's about understanding *you*—your rhythm, your style, your dreams—and then creating a space that honors all of it.

The details matter. The materials matter. The light matters. But what matters most? Knowing that the space we create is as unique as the people living in it.

This is why we do what we do.

We don't design rooms. We design the life you want to live in. ✨

The Power of a Chandelier. ✨

Often seen as just a light fixture, a chandelier is so much more. It's a true statement piece — structuring the space, drawing the eye and instantly adding character to any room.
✦ Instant elegance — Whether classic, modern or bold, it brings sophistication to any decor.
✦ Warm ambiance — Its soft, diffused light creates a cozy and inviting atmosphere.
✦ Presence & balance — It enhances ceiling height and gives volume to the room.
✦ Personality — A chandelier reflects your style through its shape, material and finish.

A beautiful space without the right lighting always feels incomplete. And often, the right lighting starts here.
Whether it's in a dining room, foyer or bathroom — a chandelier has the power to elevate the ordinary into something truly special.

Every dream home begins with a single detail. ✨
