Poster Judges Needed!

Help recognize outstanding research at the 2026 AALAS National Meeting by volunteering as a poster judge.

Posters will be presented in both onsite and virtual formats, with judging taking place through the virtual platform and onsite. Your participation helps support the success of the meeting and recognizes the important work of researchers in our field.

Want to get more involved at the AALAS 2026 National Meeting? We’re looking for volunteers to serve as session facilitators and moderators.

-Facilitators help support seminars, special topic lectures, platform sessions, and workshops. Facilitator training will be held virtually September 15 at noon CT.
-Moderators introduce sessions and speakers and help keep sessions on time. Moderator training will be held virtually September 16 at noon CT.

Volunteers must be registered for the 2026 National Meeting; registration fees are not waived.
